Awesome yet unique design. Love the separation between the sleep zone and living zone. The integrated courtyard is so serene. Only thing I'd change wud be the master suite closet .. place it between the bedrooms.

I really love the floating deck and Greek style tinted claristory windows, all complemented with that dark stone and contrasting light wood. Such a great use of materials. The interior courtyard is a nice feature and allows for so much natural light. So healthy! Nice big utility area off kitchen and back patio. ❤❤ Absutely love, I mean LOVE the caning in the bedrooms. So naturally rich and wonderful! I'm typically very critical of other Designers and Architects for design deficiencies. Whoever designed this dwelling knows exactly what they are doing 110% and are really quite exceptional! I don't think I could have done a better job. I want to build and live in this house! That is really saying something! ❤
Ich liebe diesen Siebzigerjahre-Bungalow-Stil. Ein paar Klitzekleinigkeiten würde ich ändern, aber insgesamt finde ich das Haus fast perfekt - und ich würde sofort einziehen wollen. Sehr gut gemacht!👍🥰

Embora eu nao curta cozinha proximo de sala essa ideia fpicou bacana porque tem dois lados que podem ser abertos para ventilar e evitar odor,muito bom

Near-perfect design, I love that inner courtyard. I'd love to add a 2-car garage connected somewhere.
Garage connected would mean this to look awful.
Muy buen proyecto. La luz del patio interior aporta calidez a las dependencias y existe una clara separación de la zona para compartir y la zona de dormitorios. Casi no es necesario hacer cambios en el diseño. Al tener patio interior la casa presenta pocos puentes térmicos lo que permite conservar la climatización del recinto. El diseño presenta una planta general cuadrada que permite hacer frente al clima exterior de muy buena manera. Felicitaciones por un proyecto muy bien ejecutado. Tienen muy buenos diseños en general.

A ideia de quem faz esses vídeos acredito que seja pra inspira as pessoas como é possível fazer, mudar próximo lar....tao chato ler comentários sempre com um porém, um não gostei, nossa, que desagradável. Eu fico admirada com tanto capricho, não vejo o que dizer...um sonho viver num lar assim!❤❤❤
Ah dona Sílvia, a gente não está aqui só para bater palmas. Onde foi parar seu espírito crítico? O arquiteto pode ser excelente, mas o que mais importa é que o cliente se sinta bem na casa dele, afinal quem vai morar dentro da casa é o cliente, não o arquiteto. Então cada um pode sim dar seu pitaco.

I think it’s stunning and if they want to give it to us we would be very very happy.
The perfect house!
Looks cool, but is only useful for a holiday house. Many stylistic choices and details are indeed beautiful... but...
- You're in the woods... the center courtyard is not needed or at least it could be 1/3 the size and still provide the same feeling.
- There are no desks. No place to put a laptop on, to write something or just to do some work. Hence - it's a getaway house.
- The living area is too cramped - kitchen island right next to a dining table, right next to a sofa... you'd trying really hard not to bump into something.
- Hallways are too narrow. One normal sized person will fit fine in a 0.90m space... but you're not living by yourself there. You have 3 doors in that hallway, you'll have to pass by other people quite often. You'd have to squeeze sideways to pass each other. Standard residential hallway width is 1.00 - 1.25 m.
- That patio width - again, you'll have a hard time passing if there are already people sitting there.
- TV above the fireplace - A big no-no!
- Large wall or "french" windows look cool... but are indeed "cool". Heating and cooling a house like that is a pain.
- Also I don't see any boiler room, electrical installations, space for plumbing, air conditioning, ventilation (except in the kitchen), and so on.
Every engineer's worst nightmare... is a designer/architect. Also sales and marketing, they think alike.

It’s a strange lay our, great for a weekend house, but weird to live in it. Some design mistakes are hard to understand… but looks beautiful

Excelente diseño! Solo cambiaria una cosa: reemplazo el cuadro azul, que está en el recibidor a la entrada de la casa, por una ventana que dé al patio interno. Sería un pecado desaprovechar esa vista al entrar a la vivienda.

Beautiful design and presentation. I could make this my home with only a few trivial tweaks. The courtyard is good idea but to be practical long term more thought might be needed regarding maintenance and the effect of the sun and heavy rain.
