I did not know about using horseradish with beets, I planted horseradish last fall and they thrived with lush foliage over the Spring and Summer, looking forward to using in beet recipes....Thank You.

Another winning combination. I made this using pre-cooked beets from the grocery store and canned pears and it is delicious! I spooned it into individual chicory leaves to eat.

I love beets, I can't wait to try this recipe. You cut the beets when they were hot...is this a warm salad? Can it be served cold as well? It looks a lot like herringsalat. Do you have a recipe for that?❤ Danke
I only cut them while hot so I could continue with filming. It’s a cold salad and the beets cooled very quickly after I diced them.
Herings Salad is a good idea to put in my list for future videos. Right now I don’t have the recipe on hand.
