Everyone comparing him to Constantine have not actually picked up a Constantine comic. Sure, he deals with demons, and has demon power in him, but that's where the similarities stop. Constantine doesn't have inherent power. He doesn't have telekinetic power to throw stuff about. Constantine doesn't have mercy. What makes Constantine so powerful... is that he's an asshole. He is weak by magic standards, but he will cross any line and use any trick or loophole to utterly flip the table; which makes him more dangerous than any warlock. He plays filthy and will drag so many more people down just to do what he wants and any little good he does results in many more suffering. And he can shrug it off. He is a wild card that nobody dares to touch and despite being weak, everyone fears him. Lovely jokester too and a lot less edgy.
