- guys, if anybody has done a video like this already, i haven't seen it...i thought these rations were going to be so similar that it would be boring to do two separate videos, so i slapped them side by side and did a comparison!

Thanks for this long and comprehensive video Mickey! I can say now without doubt that you're my absolutely favourite ration reviewer on RUclips. About the only one to really know how to express himself in regard to what food tastes like (which should probably come as no surprise, seeing as you're a seasoned professional cook, if I remember correctly from what you said somewhere in your earlier reviews), always cheerful and damn easy on the ear, to boot - what not to like! Cheers from Russia, and feel free to hit me up if you ever need some Russian stuff explained or want to get something from over here.

@@MickeyJoesMREReviews Here in the U.K we also call them Crackers. Mostly Plain and good for Cheese, Pate, Potted Meats and Spreads. Sometimes it was and/or Sweet Plain or with dried Fruit. We never got Nutella or Peanut Butter (Neither of which I like). I cannot remember getting Cream or Soft Cheese at all.

Dun dun dunnnnnnnnn. Awesome looking forward to it all. Kawa is Kasha, I love my Kasha. They like their sugars there, quick energy. I know what you mean about the subs. I have been uploading reviews since March of this year and I am shocked that I have 76 subs now my goal is 100. I love the crackers in the russian ration and that apple butter YUMMMMM. LOL I would say I was jealous of the 2 apple butters but I am about to make a crock pot full of no sugar added apple butter myself. LOL that sounds like the tea I would make for myself when I was a kid too much sugar in my tea so much so that it wouldn't mix in anymore and I would end up with a slurry of sugar tea in the bottom of the cup and it was tasty. Yup beef kasha fry it in bacon fat and add an egg to the top. That beef is fantastic. I have had one of the Emercon rations myself and the beef I put over ramen noodles with the juice. The beef is called Toshenka. with the russian coffee I wonder if they added some chicory root to it, it extends the coffee but also tastes good too. I agree with you I do not like the veggie caviar cold, I would like to try it again but heat it up this time. Thanks for the great long review.
The veggie dip was ten times better hot than it is cold. That coffee is legit too, but I feel like the first Russian 24 hour ration I had came with more sugar. All in all, both were really good. Thanks for watching Kahlest!
You got something good going on here but I cannot spare a whole hour for a ration review. Look at Steve and how he does it. Less "empty talk". Also, he actually eats the rations, which in a weird way satisfies the viewer.

I thought the Kaza ration would be put to shame by the Russian ration and that Kazak soldiers must be envious (and maybe they still are as there's more food in the Russian ration) of the Russian rations but the Kazak ration is alright
The Russian ration wins....but if your in the middle of the shit fight.....you wouldn't moan over the Kazak ration iif you were given it I reckon
God it's been so long that I can't really remember, but the Kazakh one was nearly identical, and I was really splitting hairs just to pick a "winner"
