Great function! BUT, with such videos, can you please add for example the link to another "video" where someone explains how to make a design block and all other tips&tricks?
0:26 Lol he does say "you will now be able to insert design blocks, madeInEagle, right into your fusion 360..." Really? Can I really insert a block but not make one? I mean, we joking? Oook just let me fire up eagle and do it then. OH wait I can't cause autodesk faking axed the good version of eagle and replaced it with this unbelievably clunky joke. Maybe we can get some fresh icons next quarter guys. It'll be a twofer, even slower AND no one will know where their tools went. Great!
Sweet lord please add "save as design block" functionality. I've been telling myself that Fusion surely will fix it sooner or later. They've made it better than Eagle in many other ways but as of writing this, I couldn't recommend it to anyone for ECAD until saving design blocks is possible. I've paid for fusion for years and will continue to but please consider it, it's so important. Please, pretty please! It's being asked for in your forums and below because it's so important.
Very good description of a useful feature, and you'll find the icon for creating design blocks is right there in the tool bar. Spoiler alert - no one's ever been able to make it work.
I second this. I just tried finding a way to save a design block and everything I'm seeing shows Eagle as able to, but not Fusion.

In another forum, somebody said that it is currently possible via the command line in Fusion360. Sorry, couldn't find the link but wanted to let you know and haven't tried.
This is dumb. a year later and still there is not a single example of how to generate or save a design block. Whats the point in being able to load design blocks when there is no way to generate them?

That's a very handy improvement. Well done!
How do you "save as design block"?
