Therefore it would be erroneous to say the Buyers EMD goes elsewhere and on top of that. I'd receive the seller's EMD so what I'm getting at is that by applying such clauses the buyers downpayment would be redirected to me and not the home. Could you help me see this right.

He’s one of the few on RUclips that publicly loves Christ and wants people to elevate in every aspect of their lives. You can pay for his tools to enhance your craft but he gives you everything you need for free.
So my 2 questions are since I don’t have upfront money to put in for the EMD, should I find a cash buyer first before agreeing to the EMD that is due within 72hrs of the contract being signed? And or what is the latest that you can push on the EMD being payed?

I have a property under contract and I flipping out about who got the earnest money. I’m only 17 and I learned more in one vid then my whole JR year of high school 😂. I have a couple cash buyer interested I’ll back in 40 days (day of closing)
LEBARIEN its usually due 3 days after the offer is accepted. It goes to the Title company who holds onto it. If anything comes up during your inspection, you can pull out from the deal and get your EMD back

As an agent, we don't request the EMD with the offer. EMD is due to title company 2-3 days after the contract is signed.
