ohhh honestly, this format stresses me out 😅 Then I keep forgetting about form because I’m trying to fit everything in one minute! For me it would be better if there were 2 combos+more reps per minute and then alternate those 2 pairs of moves every minute
Sorry...to many changes for me...i prepare those 3 minutes the same...Who ever likes this enjoy it, i stick with the good old workouts...and i love the pyramids❤❤❤
