Fun Fact: For removal of the O2 sensor you have to bend the tab back, then turn counter clockwise and pull. Good luck not breaking the tab 😀

@@AmericanMuscleDodge forsure. I just got my hands on a 2014 challenger rt low miles. 85 mill bbk throttle body and kn air intake straight pipe. Loving it!!!. If you can maybe do some videos on doing oil changes on those cars and things to do to keep the car running good. Like the oil catch can install and general maintenance or additions
It would be more convincing if you showed the differents on a flow bench between the factory and after market

if the piping diameter is bigger than factory, you need a tune or you lose all your low end torque

Damn that's a fat filter & tube, and looks like it moves allota air through it. Do you have a setup for Challengers with the 6.1 and could share the part # with me, if so ?
Also we are located in the Southwest, so do they have dry filters for those of us in the dusty desert ?
I know this Intake doesn’t require a Tune, but would it work better with one?
Some shops says you get better results with a tune with this CAI

Wondering why it states 2011-2019 5.7 Challenger and not 2009+? To my understanding its exactly the same motor and engine bay? Can someone clarify if this will work onnthe 09-10 5.7 Challengers?
Bought this from you guys for my 2011 mopar charger it does not fit. Damn hood would not close. Currently returning it and waiting on my refund.

I just got mines, it doesnt have hole on top is that a change?
Is there an adapter or some kind of duct that can direct air from the headlight intake to the square opening at the front of the heat shield?

@@jminkvihubyb I did not sadly.I ended up just letting the air flow through the headlight without a duct then added some mesh screening to the square opening to reduce the amount of debris that could get into the heat shield

Will it fit in a 90mm throttle body?
Just purchased one of these. Does anyone know how often I should Oil the filter? This will be my first oiled filter. I normally just go dry.
You'll need to re-oil the filter every time you go to clean it. How often you clean the filter will depend on how often you drive your Challenger and what kind of enviorment you're driving in. I recommend checking your filter every oil change, it'll likely need cleaned every 20k miles or once visibly dirty. -Zach

This specific intake system does *not* require a tune. I highly recommend you check on your specific part number to see if one is required though. -Zach

Maybe! I would highly recommend checking with K&N directly to confirm fitment. We can't guarantee anything since we do not carry parts for those Chryslers. -Zach

This fits all 5.7 Challengers, Chargers and Chrysler 300's from 2011-2020. They only differ if you have a 6.1 or 6.4.
