Magnificent resort like destination that creates a sense of peace and tranquility. The rewards of wealth are endless when it comes to Boca Bridges. Had lunch with very good friends at 5-Cut.
It really is spectacular! You get the resort lifestyle without paying the crazy fees you would have to in a membership community and it's new construction. Haven't eaten at 5-Cut but I heard it's wonderful.
Awesome video! These newer communities are nice when the budget is really high. The base 2 million dollars gets you one of those smaller lots and narrow homes you see mid video The guy at 7:22 got a nice car collection 😅 I d like to see Long Lake Estates. I just love high end mature neighborhoods
Thanks! I saw that too and was like "whoa that's a nice collection" The prices are through the roof at Boca Bridges but still good for someone that has the 2+million budget. I have Long Lake Estates on the list.. this week is The Oaks and next week will be Berkeley but stay tuned for LLE
@@LIVSouthFlorida I l be watching. There is a nice community in central boca. Right by Millpond Park. Right next to it that is gated. I forget the name but that community looks awesome. Just looked it up. Les Jardin
Brilliant video as always. Since homes in Boca became are now so expensive, I was wondering what do you think about Boynton beach as alternative to Boca and which HOA resort style neighborhoods exist in Boynton with good school rates. Thank you.
Thanks Lior! Boca has gotten very expensive beyond what it already was. Boynton Beach is a great alternative and has been for many years with the Canyons and all of the new developments happening out west. The schools are good too. Anywhere else in Boynton is really hit or miss. If you're looking for resort style neighborhoods then look no further than the GL Homes communities like Canyon Springs, Canyon Trails, Canyon Isles. If you're 55+ then you can't go wrong with Valencia Grand. Hope that helps!
There's currently 11 for sale.. if I average them out it comes to $5.425m. There's one as low as 2.499m one listed at 3.2m, a few in the 4-5m range and the rest 5-8m
People who are just like me? People who have 20.5 an hour wages plus bonus. Not sure how we ended up here tbh. I just seen the waterways between the homes, On google earth. And that's what I was actually wanting to look at. I don't think my broke ass in colorado will be moving to this area in florida Any time soon. Are there alligators in the waterways between the homes?
