I need a huge lot at a deep discount bargain basement price on A1A/ Ocean ave. One with the soft white sand beach preferably with little to no restriction on what I can build there❤❤❤

I can do that! In the meantime, here you go:
Great question! For young singles, South Florida has some amazing options depending on what vibe you’re looking for:
      • Miami (Brickell, Wynwood, South Beach): The nightlife hub with endless bars, clubs, and great food. Brickell’s upscale and fast-paced, Wynwood’s artsy, and South Beach has beachside parties.
      • Fort Lauderdale (Downtown/Las Olas): A bit more laid-back than Miami, but still lively. Las Olas has a great social scene, and it’s more affordable.
      • Boca Raton (Downtown/Mizner Park): Upscale but evolving for a younger crowd. Mizner Park offers trendy restaurants, bars, and shopping.
      • West Palm Beach (Clematis Street): A hidden gem with great nightlife, festivals, and a vibrant downtown.
      • Delray Beach (Atlantic Ave): A fun, small-town feel with plenty of bars and restaurants just steps from the beach.
      • Hollywood (Downtown/Young Circle): Centrally located between Miami and Fort Lauderdale with a more affordable social scene.
Each has its perks, so it really depends on what type of lifestyle and nightlife you’re after!

So basically you have to be rich and affluent to live in South Florida... 600k homes are way about what the average person is spending

It’s not cheap. You have to make a good amount to afford it here. Many have left for other parts of FL or out of state.
