I just saw Palm Beach Gardens, fL on my local news here in Virginia. Terrible tornado cars thrown houses runied. I was either going to move to Palm Beach Garden Alton or rent somewhere. Still saving money but was Alton town center damaged and all those million homes and $800,000 new construction houses.
Great video! Love the tour! Have never been there, but now want to visit! Cute little area, for sure! Sad that it cost $2,000 a month to RENT that unit. Here in the Midwest you could pay less than that to OWN a 2,000 square foot, four bedroom, three bathroom, two car garage, quiet cul de sac street, half acre lot with limited neighbors and a short drive to the city. Just wild, the differences.
In NY you can live for 2k in a 2 bedroom in the Bronx Harlem or the other ghetto neighborhoods in 80-120 year old rat roach infested buildings that are ancient in todays standard.
Just stumbled across your channel; love it! We need to do a snorkeling video of Phil Foster park together. It has a great snorkel trail that is great for beginners. I have a small diving channel.
Thanks bro I really appreciate that and I've wanted to do a video of that trail for a couple years but actually couldn't find it when I went up there one time with my wife. Shoot me an email palmbeachespaul@gmail.com
Lake Worth Beach has the most character of any town in South Florida. Old Florida vibes!
Thanks for watching and your nice comment. It is a cute little town.
Hey Paul, Loos like a very nice neighborhood!!!
It is a little disappointing...you would think the owners would at least step up the fridge, and kitchen
you must be kidding! $2000 for that - price gouging to be sure!
Unfortunately, that’s the cost of living in South Florida right now
Location, location, location .
I love that street! Audio is great!
Thx the neighborhood is awesome

I don’t know if Alton was damaged or not I don’t believe so but I’m gonna look into it this week
I really enjoyed the video. My daughter actually lives right down the street from the VW van.
Love this neighborhood
Thank you 🙏 very much for your educational videos! I greatly appreciate them!
It's a sweet spot❤
Not a holiday rental unfurnished. I like the neighbourhood.
Really love your videos! What flood rating is this neighborhood? Ive heard a lot of things about Lake Worrh. Mostly positive
Yes, not like the old days😢. But, there are people that will pay that.😊 Think "Hemingway".

I wish it was that cheap here.
@@PalmBeachesPaul It might have been in 2008. Hoping we get back to that point soon!

I'm not going to lie great neighborhood but that rental was awful
As Bette Davis said in one of her old movies: WHAT A DUMP!!
This house its for 12 months
It was way back when I made this video
Wow so expensive 😯 not worth it for a rent
That's the going price for rent in South Florida for units like that in that area and it's more expensive in other places
@@PalmBeachesPaul OMG how to survive in state now it is hard 😞
Not worth $2,000 a month. $1,000 a month maybe.
I'll show you what you can get for 1000 a month, this is South Florida.
@@PalmBeachesPaul Don't bother, I hate Florida anyway. Been there, done that.
I don't like it, too old, and a/c is not central.
