God's sovereignty and His foreknowledge are not "at odds" with our free will. God has SOVEREIGNLY created both angels and HUMAN BEINGS made in HIS image with the ability to choose. You are not cursed by God from the start, no matter who you are and no matter what you have done. If you find this statements difficult to accept, please be sure to listen to this entire message from start to finish. The bible makes it clear that PREDESTINATION is according to God's foreknowledge and NOT according to His manipulation of our choices. God made man in His image, not into something less, like a robot or a puppet. He is calling you today, many are called but few are chosen. His love and mercy are extended to ALL through Jesus Christ.

Thank you for this. This is one of those topics that seems Godly because of, like you said, verses taken out of context. Thought this might help. Many times we're told to bless the lord. Paul tells us that it is beyond debate that the lesser is always blessed by the greater. So are we greater than God? It seems sacrilegious to say yes, we can bless God, but it's the truth. However it's the truth in one aspect and one aspect only, and it's by God's design and is not due to our own natural superiority. We have been given free will and God will never countermand that by programming a particular response from us because love forced is not love at all. God loves us so much and gave us the opportunity to rejoin ourselves with him, but it must a union of love. You are right. God hasn't predetermined people for Hell. That would reveal an unloving God. But few realize that predetermined spots in Heaven also reveals an unloving God because the lack of free will would mean those there would not be unions of true love. All of this is not in contradiction to what you taught here and I appreciate you for this teaching. Hardened hearts were temporary, and happened with people who had already hardened their own hearts. I could go on but don't want this to get any bigger. Thank you.

They ignore that at anytime they could fall apostate (by being deceived - Jesus warned 7 times of it in Matthew 24) or as Jesus warned of through John at Patmos to the 7 churches another 7 times any one of those tests, trials, and tribulations the churches were going through that mirror us and our same tests, trials, and tribulations of these days.

I truly believe in predestination and an 'election of disciples'. God is surely in control. Our Creator did not make this earth and all the peoples on it and then turn His head away and forget what His purpose was in creating this world and all upon it. He knows before, during and after creation. He formed all people from the dust in which are brought forth from the womb.
He knew who would come to Him and whom would not; even before He formed us from dust and placed us in a womb of His choice. (Did God not say He raised up the Pharaoh of Egypt to do His will?) Everything done all over this planet and even in the heavens, are His choice to bring about the all encompassing glory to His Son, Yeshua, our Savior. There is nothing we think, speak or have action within that He doesn't see, hear and know. His angels encamp around everyone. They do the will of the Father and God has given them dominion to protect, guide and keep the 'elect' safe until God has determined our demise, (in which He had knowledge of even before we were formed in the womb and brought forth into the world).
God allows us to have freedom of choice in our lives to do whatever we so desire UNTIL His reasons for forming us and bringing us forth into the world are ready for completion of His will. In other words, when we are 'called' by Him, we may have been one of the worst sinners of all as emissary Paul was and then the Lord stepped into Paul's life and made him usable for His honor, glory and the kingdom to come. Thanks be to the God of Glory for His choices that brought me out of the darkest slime and into His glorious light and has made me usable for His glory! HalleluYAH!
Our days are numbered while alive here on this earth. Why are they numbered? Because we all serve a purpose in doing what the Father so desires in order to bring this world to a close at the end of the age and to bring forth a new world in which there will be no more sin, pain, tears or demons. Thanks be to God for His mercy on we who love Him and do His will! All of the things transpiring are soon to come to an end and all will bow on their knee and give all glory to Yeshua and this was and is God's purpose in all of this world's creation, before, during and after. May God bless us all with peace, joy and hope in Yeshua's soon return! Amen!

He refrains from manipulating their will? For a time we experience this, but to choose oneself over God is to experience his manipulation of your will after death. To be completely left outside. Outside the knowledge and presence of the one who knows all and is everywhere. Utter annihilation? You will have no will to hold on to it, and it will be completely utterly manipulated.
I agree that creation itself is proof of God giving the option of christ to every created conscience. For without this act, we only have the option of separation. He is given the option of christ to those who only had the option of separation. He gives it to everyone created. Just because God gives an option to someone does not mean he doesn't know their choice. To allow is to be sovereign. He allows us to stick to our first option, separation. It is "predestined." Otherwise, there is no "allowing". You can only allow if you have power, are there, and know a thing allowed is going to happen. To miss any three requirements is not to allow.
God's way is higher. If he is not at "fault" or "responsible," then we can't trust him. We are called to go to the one that is in control or ultimately responsible in our dealings. We are not to go to the devil, or ourselves, or even another person first when dealing with anything. To blame any of these with anything is to make them responsible. It is to make them the one to go to in our dealings with. God never denies responsibility. In fact, his response is usually reminding us who he is. Because that is all we need, to be reminded he is God by his definition, not ours. Go to him to seek his image. You will find it's one that doesn't need defending. It speaks for itself. Love, right, truth, perfect.
Free will is a gift to those who love God and a curse to those who don't. He will allow those who choose to be cursed their whole life and die cursed. Allow being he knew, had the power to intervene, and was there watching you deny the only option he gave you, Christ. Death was chosen for you and is the option we are born into. To die of this and be reborn into Christ, or just die.
How do you explain the revenge shouted for by the ones in revelation? I feel this has to do with the old self, the flesh, and all the evil, but even these things are in the end used for God's glory. But the ones that are lost, that never choose christ, or choose the world. I feel on their behalf they shout? That is truly something only God could settle.
Just thoughts, btw. Love the messages. True man of God. I have seen people use your logic to switch responsibility from God to the devil, for example. They searched out the one they felt responsible... it did not end well. 😳. If you could make a video stating who is responsible and who we should turn to if not the one responsible. Why we would turn to anyone else other than the one responsible.
It is possible to experience, not know God's position in its entirety from his point of view. It is okay to say, "God is who he is, and that is enough" or to pray that God reminds us of who he is instead of telling people that anyone other than God is ultimately responsible, that anyone other than God should be sought first when contemplating our dealing with. You always go to the one responsible, unless you are wicked. At least from where I stand, this is how I see it.
    Again, good stuff.

We are saved by our faith and faith alone. For by grace are ye saved through faith that not of yourself lest any man shall boast.
We aren't saved by works nor kept by works.
You're not saved by water baptism. Nor by repentance we're not kept saved by repentance.
Repentance is a state of metanoia it means you know what you have done is wrong in the eyes of a holy god, and you're asking him to help you do better to pick you up on solid ground. To help you draw closer to him so that you can be what he wants you to be in his eyes.
To help you steer away from those things that you used to do that you knew were wrong. To help you draw closer to him. So that those things you used to do wrong you will no longer want to do.
Again not all things will go away at once. Not all things will suddenly vanish once you have accepted christ.
But the holy spirit will work in you. So that you can do better and that those things of the past that you used to do, will no longer be.
Repentance does not keep you saved.
It's only the acknowledgment on your part that you have done wrong in his eyes, asking him to help you do better. So you can draw closer to him.
We are not kept saved by anything we do in our flesh. But by our faith and faith alone.
There is nothing you can do to lose your salvation.
It shall never be taken away. It is eternal. Nothing you can do can make God take your salvation away.
Nor is there anything you can do or try to do to make sure you still have your salvation. It is there for eternity.
Salvation is forever and ever. By the simple way of putting our faith and trust into what he has done on the cross. By simply believing.

What about pharaoh and Judas? I sort of identify my self as Calvinist (but I usually tell people I'm a Bible follower because I don't like associating with most labels.)
As you said in your top comment, I don't think God picks and chooses 99.9% of the time... But I believe he has the foreknowledge of those who will go to heaven because how can he not? He's God afterall.
But uh, I feel like there has been times where God obviously intervened and one could say 'picked' to be saved or not be saved. For Instance, Paul. Paul was no way on track to being his disciple but God spoke to him and softened his heart. Meanwhile with pharaoh we are told multiple times that God hardened his heart. And I've had no quarrel with this because Glory to God. But, I do really believe He has appointed some to be saved and not to be saved. (No, he doesn't pick everyone out who goes to heaven. But I think with a special few he did. Likewise some were appointed to Hell.)

I appreciate the sincerity of your thought process and sympathize with it as I have wrestled painfully with all this as well. I think it is interesting that Pharaoh is said to have hardened his own heart repeatedly before the final hardenings. This is congruent with God imploring that people and nations repent and then releasing mercy or judgment according to their own response. God didn’t make the first move in Pharaoh’s pride and rebellion, but He surely judged it. I was JUST thinking about Judas on a walk after posting this video. Jesus says, “did I not choose you, the twelve, but one of you is a Devil.” So it is interesting to note that Jesus extended the same blessing, revelation, and even “choosing” to Judas as to the other disciples, but Judas became offended with Jesus when Mary anointed Him. Judas is said to have sought for an occasion to betray Jesus from that point on because he was so offended with what he considered to be The Lord’s wastefulness. This is again a moment where God foreknew that Judas would betray Him, and yet He used it for His purpose in His glorious plan and infinite wisdom. He predestined a plan of redemption according to His foreknowledge. Paul surely received a special and unusual encounter… I personally believe Paul was Judas’ replacement as an original Apostle. Steven prayed for God to have mercy on his persecutors, Paul was the one standing by “authorizing” the stoning of Steven. So yes, I think in Paul’s own words he was “born out of due season” and it was very special.

Well pharaoh had not only sinned against god and his chosen people but when given the option he openly refused through plague after plague and many signs and wonders not only that he continued in his ways. Judas on the other hand also made his decision and met with the pharasies Jesus’s betrayal and ultimate self sacrifice would’ve happened anyway no matter what man betrayed him but in Judas heart he knew who Jesus was and still sought to betray him the Bible didn’t name Jesus it just prophesied in the manner the betrayer of the messiah would die in summary god may harden someone’s heart blind theirs eyes for a time but their fate in the end is the culmination of their sin or their hood that what a man sew that shall he reap. At his judgement god didn’t say depart from me cursed into the fire prepared for you he said depart from me cursed into the fire prepared for the devil and his angels no person was meant for the flame but that they come unto him as children.

The day is coming when his feet will stand on the Mount of Olives again. He will come again for his elect, and he wants YOU! Please come back to him. Cry out, he’s waiting to hear from you.

@@mrupholsteryman my journey has ended because god obviously doesn’t care about me if he did he would have changed my life but he hasn’t so I’m done it’s entirely his fault I’m going to hell not mine that’s if he’ll exist which I honestly don’t care anymore.
