I was an atheist. I took some LSD and started to perceive that death was all around me. I felt like everything was dead and I started to freak out. I was in my living room. There was a patio sliding door that had drapery on it. My head was bowed and I was crying out to God to help me. When I raised my head, even though that patio door was closed, the drapery was blowing in like there was a wind outside and I felt like I was in a dollhouse and there was the huge presence of God outside. I came down from that drug right away and from that experience found a belief that there really is a God. I was no longer an atheist. I was not born again at that point though but my search for my creator began. After years of hard searching, He led me to true information that made me realize I was a sinner in need of saving. I got down on my knees and asked God to forgive me for all of my sins past present and future and to save me. I was 23. I’m now 75 and I’ve not looked back. He rebuilt my life and has been with me in the good times and in the hard times. He is a faithful loving merciful God. Call on Him in sincerity and need. He will save you and be your best friend, Lord and Savior. There are only two kingdoms: God, His Son, the Holy Spirt and Satan’s. Choose life in Christ.

Amen, I’m 22 still learning the truth
I smoke a lot of weed and rarely consume alcohol… after hearing this testimony and feeling the fear in his voice. I’m making the choice today to stop smoking and drinking. I needed to hear these words. THANK YOU GOD

I watched a video earlier about a brother describing his experience in hell. He stated that it was a struggle to breathe. God created man and breathed life into us. Remember there is no life in hell
What confuses me is why? Not that glorifying god is not the right thing to do, but why is it the ONLY right thing to do? To the point that this guy didn’t even want to preach for fear that he wasn’t worshiping right. I’m not saying any of this is wrong but I feel like there’s a piece I am missing

I just had my first experience with golden teachers, it was really great! I loved it.
Wow. I was homeless in 2017 for 6 months, living in my Ford Explorer, with my two cats. I had battled addiction and mental illness for 21 years. I cried out to Jesus and He delivered me from the addiction and mental illness. I got off of disability and went back to work, after not working for 13 years. Glory to God! Awesome brother 🙌

This little comment here has brought me to tears; due to trauma not chemical addiction, I have also been on SSDI for going on a decade now, and I’ve wanted to work because never fully accepted “being disabled” and yet now understand that this period is part of Gods plan for me, but to know that I can be more fully healed and maybe someday work again? I want to work for Him sooooo much more than I wanna do anything, and yet also wish to work doing whatever He leads me to so I can have ie security that I can afford the vet/dr/etc…so this is very inspiring. (And even as I type this, he says “God hands you literally every breath you have. I’m in HIS hand.” and I realize; I maybe don’t NEED a vet a dr money to fix a leaking roof etc, for God can provide allllllll things, that no money or drugs ever can…)

i went to highschool with this guy and was in a rehab with him when we were teenagers. This is the most amazing transformation and story of redemption i think ive ever seen and it is so inspiring and so motivating. you could call it chace or coincidence i randomly found this video but we know better. keep killing it josh

I heard this, and I just broke. I was sitting on my couch watching, and this just destroyed me. I started bawling, weeping, I threw my hands in the air and blessed the Lord as I walked to my bedroom. My strength left me, I fell on my knees and worshipped... Just worshipped. The words "God is good" or "Thank you, Jesus!" are so insufficient.

Psilocybin flipped the off switch on my social anxiety like a light switch. It's effect lasted long enough that I thought it permanent. My anxiety and doubts and lack of self worth was gone. Anything that can make you love yourself should be legal
Everybody is struggling with mental health and could benefit from careful therapeutic use of substances like these. Wanna try, but keep being told I can't do it alone for the first time.

You can do them on your own for the first time but I’m begging you take a small dose. (Can always eat more but can never eat less.) yes mushrooms can’t kill you. But like he said god can stop your heart at any minute. That is life. That’s how it is supposed to be. Take .5 grams to start no more. If you need more take another .5
Wait abt 30-1 hour before redosing. For your first time do not go past 1.5-2 grams I would say I took 4 my first time and was fine but it’s not the same every time.

Jesus saved my life from a near fatal spirit attack. I was deep in the New Age and witchcraft and after it, I gave myself to Jesus. When this was happening, I only called out to Jesus because He was last resort before death. He saved me, a sinner, no matter how much I ignored Him. It's only after that experience do I realise how we are surrounded by darkness and we must give ourselves to Christ and no other. My life has totally changed ever since. Around the same time of this experience, a friends daughter had a dream that I died, standing in the exact spot of where this encounter happened, only that in the dream, I actually died, and my corpse was found rotting 3 days later. I believe had I not called out for Jesus to help me, this was going to be the result. Praise you Lord Jesus. I surrender my life to you forever xxx

This made me cry I relapsed last October and had a bad trip jump out of my car and broke my skull had to have emergency surgery while I was in the coma I was in this black void but I was conscious when I woke up a week later there was an angel standing at the end of the bed shining in this gold light now I’m completely healed Jesus truly does love us he gave me a second chance to be a good father to my children and husband and now I have stronger relationship with the lord than i ever had.
I have heard recently that is hell. Just a video being in this lonely isolation. Your experience just proves that piont even more. A speech from Allen Watts is where I 1st heard something along those lines then later a kids Christian story series eluded to that too. So to hear you say this and my own fleshly misery it just all makes sense to me.

I appreciate you posting this. I was 17 in 1969 and over the next few to several years did much acid and some "organic" mescaline and once some self harvested mushrooms (not to mention several other drugs). When I was saved in 1988 is was not immediately separated from all these things. The last time I was stoned on pot, an abrupt thought came to me "this is doctrine of demons". My immediate reaction to this thought was 'no more smoking', and that's how it's been. Somewhat recently I've been considering 'micro-dosing' with mushrooms. I think I'll put that in the doctrine of demons category as well.

@hellomate639 I know what you mean, but really I think it's sad how many false religions force us to worship without ever teaching the truth. The truth that all we have to do is believe in his sacrifice and that's it. No need to donate to the church, out do your neighbors good deeds, be at church 3 times a week etc. Just gotta believe. And I think once you believe and realize what he's done for you the desire does come Natura as it should. Especially for someone who's done some really terrible things I will never be able to express my gratitude in words for our lord's grace!

Fear of Hell, fear of annihilation, and assuming that pessimism is realism are things that drive religiosity over True faith.
What's also funny is how scriptures that get abused in a way that mentally imprisons people actually come to life in a deep, beautiful way when you actually connect with spirit.
But, you also see the humanness in much of scripture, and it becomes a lot clearer against the deeper Truth.
It's when people have a mindset of seeking Truth in scripture without connecting to it in a living way with our Father in Heaven that it becomes this irreconcilable leviathan.

When you've experienced psilocybin,the visions,the feeling that others feel become relatable and real,but when you haven't they could sound weird
The Trips I've been having have really helped me a lot,I finally feel in control of my emotions and my future and things that used to be mundane to me now seem incredible and full of nuance on top of that I'm way less driven by my ego and I have a lot more empathy as well
I made researches and found out that shrooms are very helpful , it has really helped to reduce anxiety and depression and some other mental health issues..i would love to try magic mushrooms but they are hard to source!
Tripping on mushroom is the best experience I've had so far
I went to the hospital this year for suicidal ideation and I brought my Bible with me, I was trying to get close to God but had so much self hatred. I wound up fasting while in the hospital (because I don't trust hospital food in a for profit healthcare system) and I had heard how fasting could break chains of depression and bring you closer into God's presence. I spent 3 days only reading my Bible, looking at the wall, crying a lot, and praying to Jesus. I wound up having a vision, which I had to look up when I got home, and apparently other Christians have visions while fasting too. No food, just water. It was like a projector suddenly showing me an image on the wall in front of me, and I realized it was a cross. Then the cross transformed into a man, holding his arms out to me, and a mirror image of him reflecting made me realize it was Jesus, walking on the water and holding His hands out to me. I felt overwhelming peace and joy and it was like all my pain left me in that moment. He then showed me my nana, who died last year, and she was looking up to the sky with the BIGGEST smile, and I watched as light began to envelop her until the image faded. The last thing He showed me was a DOVE! I thought, wow, that must be the Holy Spirit. I've never ever experienced anything like that before. When I came home from the hospital, I opened my blinds the next morning and there was a giant cloud that looked like a dove. I felt like Jesus knew I really needed those signs, because I keep telling Him "I just wish you could be here, physically, that I could see you and talk to you." I am so thankful to my Jesus, my closest friend, most beautiful one.

Dude when I heard him say that I immediately started laughing so loud and crying for some reason that I just can’t really explain very well. I’ve been having such a hard time turning away from certain sins, such a hard time reconciling how he could ever forgive me, such a hard time understanding why he would even look my way because I know how unclean I am. But something about that part of the testimony… God is truly unfathomable in his **Edit:forgiveness and love**. It just gave me so much joy. Sorry for the long comment 😅

@@waclac As far as I understand it, Christian mysticism equates the individual with Christ and therefore each of us is playing out the myth of Christ on the cross, undergoing incessant suffering then dying to the ego by sacrificing all to God and achieving liberation and eternal life. On every spiritual path there is always the question to God or the Absolute, however you want to phrase it, 'Why hast thou forsaken me?', i.e. why am I adrift in this existence without any sure ground to stand upon. I know this isn't the standard line within Christianity and would be considered heresy by most, which is why the likes of Meister Eckhardt were excommunicated and others suffered an even worse fate. But anyone who's interested in true religion, not the watered down version to appease the masses, has to look beyond the exoteric forms.

I was saved when I was 8, and I ended experimenting with mushrooms. I took them a couple times and had a fun time, but one night I ate twice as much as usual. It started off ok, but things got weird quick. I started seeing demons coming out of the tv. Then I was all alone with a body on a gurney in a blackness. Then a doctor walks in and looks at the body and says,” only God can save him now.” I get closer and look at the person and it is me. Right then I’m back in my friends living room with shadows circling me. Right away I start experiencing the symptoms of a heart attack. I get up to go outside to die. I figured I was finished. As I’m walking outside I see into my friends garage. There are iron maden posters and other heavy metal posters with demons climbing out and flying around. I got down on my knees in the driveway and cried out for Jesus to spare my life. Right away it felt like a tube went down my throat and sucked all the poison out of my body. From that moment I vowed to try and get sober and come back to God. It took eight months of a struggle to fully surrender. I finally took my Mom up on her offer and became spirit filled. Within a week I was dead sober and filled with God’s power and strength. Since then I have experienced many miracles, signs, and wonders. I have been sober for 18 years, and I am married with four sons. God helped me start a business, and helped me learn how to play music. I’ve been serving in my local church as a musician for about 17 years. God is good and deserves all the glory. I truly am a dead man walking. I liked hearing this man’s testimony because it reminded me of the grace of God. He loves us so much and we cannot comprehend it. It’s backwards to us. There is truly nothing you can do to disqualify yourself from coming to Jesus. If there was then I would have done it in my rebellion and anger towards God. I think one thing Joshua should have gotten from the experience that he did not mention is that you shouldn't go back to your throw up. By going back into the drug scene he was doing just that and the Bible warns us about doing that. I think this should serve as a warning to all of us who start to backslide.

Never have fear. That is written 365 times in the Bible. I've taken psychedelics multiple times, and had demons and spirits attacks a lot of time, and I've learned to never fear it because it is what they want. Fear is the devil's food. I've had strong attacks like my body was in major spasms, pain, throw up, and one time I also had a strong belief that if I didn't thought about my breath I wouldn't breath (this is the most anxious belief you can have). But I get through it every time because if it happens, it's something for getting you stronger. And in some attacks, I had big things to learn. But believe me, fear is what the devil wants you to have. I think this moment was a test of faith. Remember again, DO NOT FEAR! God is huge, and he's way more powerful than the devil.

This story is one that resonates with me, deeply. When i was 16 years old, i wasn’t living for Christ, and i was into all kinds of drugs, xanax, adderall, weed, nicotine, alcohol etc. I decided one day that i wanted to try LSD, so i called a buddy and got 4 hits. I waited until my mom and stepdad were asleep, and i put a tab on my tongue. This is a very Long story so i will try and sum it up. Waited about an hour and i felt euphoric but still completely sober, so i took another one. 2 hours in, i start seeing things in my room move, and spiral, next thing i started to see was sexual intercourse all around me, visuals. It was fun at first, but it became dark, and evil. Being raised in a Christian Family with a mother of strong Faith, i knew of God, and Jesus, but I didn’t truly know him. So it got to the point in my trip where i cried out to him, and asked him to make it stop. As soon as i did, the fight for my soul was extremely overwhelming. The Enemy was telling me to sell my soul, and i rejected his offer and kept praying. It got darker and darker as time passed. Eventually I surrendered my Life to Jesus in that very moment, at around Midnight. God gave me a sign, i could visually see and Hear the Word “Serenity”. I didn’t know what it meant, so i tried looking it up on my phone, but as soon as I typed in the first few letters my phone exited out of the browser, i tried and tried and it kept doing that. I knew that the Enemy didn’t want me to see what this word meant so I kept praying, eventually i found the definition, and it read “the state of being calm, peaceful, and untroubled.”. I broke down in Tears, and knew that God was tugging on my Heart, and telling me that i could have Peace. An acid trip usually lasts close to 12 hours, depending. I sobered up in under 5 hours, went to bed. As soon as i woke up i ran to my mothers bedroom and told her everything. She started breaking down with tears of Joy, and said “my first child is finally saved, he understands now”. I’m now 21 years old, fully submitted to Christ and i will never turn back. I’ve had some road blocks and backslides but God remains the same. Felt the urge to share. Thank you.

His heart didn't stop either way, but he was reaping what he sowed after taking shrooms. In the end, God used this negative experience for good to turn Joshua's heart and also for His glory.

It was at the same time enlightening and frightening because all your past beliefs about yourself and life just break into pieces. Especially when it comes to religion I felt like I am going crazy bc god is my only meaningful purpose in this life until i realized I am part of the divine and all is linked togehter. That part really resonated with me when he mentioned "That's why I don't watch pornography anymore, because I know the darkness that comes with it". I remember when I went back to it after a month of being clean (which I know isn't very long, but was really long for me), after I finished watching it and feeling that sort of way... I don't know how to put this into words... I felt the guilt and hate and misery and depression and anxiety and messed up thoughts and wanting to kill people and act inappropriately linger back into my brain like a you slowly dunked a sponge into a full sewer drain pipe. Not to mention the demonic spirits I felt surround me talking to me like "It was just a matter of time". It was so antagonizing and scary that I pleaded with God to have mercy on me because I did this to myself all over again for what...5 minutes of pleasure that wasn't even real, when God can offer you much more and for eternity. As much as I have a dirty desire to engage in that filth, my hunger for the Kingdom of Heaven is much stronger now. I want that peace and serenity back that I took for granted or possibly was too ignorant of to care.

This testimony led me back to Jesus after 20 years. I came across it randomly months ago. To put it simply I called to Jesus asking him if he was really real and received blessings and a vision. He answered me in such a big way. Sincerely Thank you for doing these videos. This guy speaks truth, from my experience Jesus loves us so much he hurts when we sin and he’s never angry with us, he’s always a loving father. it hurt him that I was even questioning whether he was real or not. I’m positive he is real now.

In her story she ended with having a deep appreciation of life after 2 years of trauma from her trip, then reveled before the trip she didn't care if she lived or died, no appreciation of life. nope!! You should try it. I was healed of my anxiety during my one trip. And with the light I saw coming out of everything, and the perfect love I felt for this... ball of light.. and the love I finally had for myself (which was also a ball of light in my head)... I think it got me closer to God. Please don't just write it off. This man was already questioning and doubting, he was already feeling guilty for eating the shrooms... that makes a difference. I mean, he was STILL tripping. Its not like it HAD to actually be a message from God 100% of his trip... and his message was meant for him. Your experience will be 100% different. It is for everyone. People do it all the time and don't get warnings from God... I think he manifested his experience. God is perfect love. That's what I felt when I tripped.
I am also a Christian, and have taken magic mushrooms (twice). At the time of my second trip I was not religious, I had lost my faith approx 5 years before. Long story short: during my trip I was given an ultimatum by God: Accept him, or suffer the consequences. Shrooms brought me back to Christ. Well not shrooms per se, rather God used them as a tool to guide me back to him.

There's a scripture that says when you come to the knowledge of Jesus Christ and then you go back into sin, you are better off not having come to the knowledge of Christ at all. Because when your house is "empty and swept", demons bring with them several more spirits more wicked than themselves. This is so true. I've experienced it myself. God delivered me (I wasn't really aware of it at the time). I was raised pentecostal yet I had no clue how real the fight between light and darkness is. I felt so joyful and carefree. Long story short the enemy got me distracted. The next 7 yrs after was pure hell. I ended up in a relationship with a very broken man. Was verbally abused in ways I never even knew possible. I lost a baby. He was 2 months old, my first day back at work he suffocated in the sitters comforter. The devil came for me so hard. I finally broke free from that relationship and got put me on the path of learning about deliverance. I'm still not free the way I felt before. Its almost like I need to prove I'm not gonna make that mistake again. God is so good. He didn't let me die or lose my mind when most would have.

Its crazy how as a Christian developing my understanding and deepening my relationship with God through our saviour christ, and through my own personal experiences, how coherent and vivid I understand and actually feel in my soul what he is saying. How it feels to feel "unclean" before the naked eyes of God, yet to also know that you are still loved and forgiven by Christ our saviour. Not to sound cliché, but i really did get goosebumps when he described those visions of being in the holy court. Its like the best way to describe it is that the soul speaks its own natural language that cant be understood, only felt. And what we decide to take from those spiritual revelations ultimately guide our spiritual journey. God is glorious and im just happy to be here :)

@@wovasteengova Satan is a legalist. Think of him as the prosecutor and jailer. When we sin it gives him rights over us, like when a court finds you guilty and are put in jail. When we repent we are covered by the blood of Christ's sacrifice i.e. he paid the penance on our behalf. We are not in jail. The person in the interview had the authority in Christ to proselytize and basically get souls out of Satan's jail. But then by eating the shrooms it's like he wants to party and sin like the old days. Satan is saying to God "who does this one belong to? If he wants to come back to me I will get my revenge on him for taking those other souls away from me."
The shrooms are a sin because he wants to have knowledge like Adam and Eve, knowledge that puts him on the same level of God. It's pride, basically.

Depression haunted my life from a very young age, and I was put on a bunch of SSRIs as a child in attempt to deal with it. None worked.Psychedelic mushrooms was brought to my attention. It was the first thing that actually had real effects. They should only be used with great care and respect.
I hear this is supposed to be good for people who have mental health issues. I actually just started the research process of microdosing and all that. Im to the point where I want shock treatment.

This was a great testimony. Because of the clarity of it, it almost seems like he had an NDE. I'm glad he came back and that he's sharing his story with others. And that there are Christian's who can hear this experience and not judge or put shame into it. It stands on its own.

Friend got me to try some at 20 yrs old. Oh wow, one of THE worst experiences I've ever had. Scary as heck. Looked in the mirror in the bathroom at a party I was at.. All I saw was, half my face had been peeled back to a skull. Horrifying experience. Anything, any drug that distorts your mind, your perception is considered witchcraft.

I had a similar experience. "There is a reason the fruit of knowledge is kept on the top shelf of the cupboard" are just one of the eternal truths He explained to me with love and patience. Like a good father does, he kept me safe until the effects wore off. Threw out the rest of the fungus next day.
I shed a tear when he said “Jesus put his arm around me and said this one belongs to me”
I did too! I cried, I sobbed, I ugly cried because it touched my heart so much. It reminded me of when Jesus walked on water. It was like Jesus was reminding me the same. I've been crying all morning after hearing this story. ❤️

The "Judgement" according to the Living Word is that Light has come into the World, but men Love darkness rather than come to the Light and have their deeds exposed. We have no reason to hang out in darkness if one accepts Christ's Forgiveness of not only our sins, but us also. I am forgiven because of the Eternal Blood of the Covenant....period!
Or he was tripping his face off and because this guy is a hardcore Christian, it became part of his trip, and he got out through the ringer. It’s not that surprising when you think about it. Being able to observe yourself is one of the great things these tools can offer, but they don’t offer total truth. They can show you things in ways you never thought of before. This guy obviously got something way stronger than he thought he was taking, probably stronger than anything he’d ever done before, and all the fear baked into his beliefs came bubbling to the top.

@@fourlightsorchestra 100%. Mushrooms can be a fickle drug. You can bet you will manifest whats on your mind. In the same way that we are our own worst critic and the creators of our nightmares. This is why they are so powerfull; they can bring fourth subconscious thoughts and ideas that may not have bubbled to the surface before. There is nothing religious about drugs but they can certainly humble you to the point that you feel spiritual.

Taking mushrooms is the best thing a human can do. God didn't say a word about stopping his heart, his own subconscious did because it's been pounded into his skull so much that God is a mean spirited father figure who gets jealous really easily. Fact is God is the collective human consciousness of all humanity PLUS everything that's ever been or will ever be in our universe. Maybe look into the countless cases of psychedelics that have helped people tremendously. His experience doesn’t set a standard for truth. It’s an interesting account, but the extent to which the experience was shaped by by his worldview is the question everyone should be asking.
