This video aged well. Proves he only won because he had a rocket ship the last few years. All the claiming that him lapping a second a lap faster than everyone was his skill is clearly a load of rubbish how he can’t get his car to work 😂 because even if his car wasn’t the fastest, if he’s a second a lap faster than everyone then he would have a buffer there and still be faster. It’s the whole way a team works. I’m sorry to say but I doubt max will replicate lewis. You’ve got to make the right choices at exactly the right time and there is a lot of luck in it too. That is motorsport. I know, I race karts and experienced how much of an input luck has. Lewis was able to win with mclaren and then move to Mercedes’ where they had a complete harmony for so long. There wasn’t any fallouts in the team, there wasn’t any politics as such. They managed to build a good car, lewis drove it well. Unfortunately for max the red bull team are falling apart in front of him. No newey now has meant the car has fallen off slightly. The car has been so important since the early 2000’s.

Max likes to have as much front end on the car as possible and keeps winding it on and the car goes down that route of development meaning the car is purely suited to him. No driver in the grid has driven with and oversteering car for their preference apart from hamilton in his early career. It’s doesn’t suit perez so he isn’t able to drive the car as max is.
