How to know the tone present in the muscle and decide the dosage of exercises during pregnancy without internal exam to avoid over tight muscles to get easy delivery, regardless that In third trimester we do lengthening exercises but still I think we must know the actual tone of the muscles before recommending the contraction exercises.

Should I stop pelvic floor exercises after 36 weeks, or do you mean that it's best to use squats for stretching the pelvic floor a bit, whilst doing Kegels at other times during the day? Oh no... it’s hard to say for sure what it is (a physio would be able to tell you for sure) It could be Symphysis Pubis Dysfunction. Go slow and don’t do moves that make it worse /more painful. I hope you get relief!
Hi! I saw your video on diastasis recti and how to prevent it. Could you do me a huge favor and post a video on prenatal core workouts that are really engaging but safe for diastasis recti? There don't seem to be many videos out there and the ones I have found don't feel like they're doing much. I miss feeling my workout the next day. Thank you for reading!

It’s okay and I remember I would try them through out the day (and sometimes standing). If you are finding it challenging standing sitting it may be easier or more effective laying down without the pressure of baby and uterus.
Question: what is the rationale behind isolating vagina muscles and not engaging anus? Does it do any harm if we engage anus muscles? Wouldn’t it be good to exercise those muscles as well?
