      Same with my spouse! I've always been good very narrow down there. Now it's got to be slow for few seconds or it hurts like hell! I tease him and sweeze him in me but he loves it

    Hi. I can't coordinate the breathe in and breathe out while pulling.. can I pull in during breathe in instead of breathing out? Does it matter? Thank you

    Hi there Jessica, can you please help me to answer my long time worries, i am very active with zumba before i got TAHBSO and 1 year already past and still afraid to go back dancing Zumba 😢, just wanna ask if is it safe to dance Zumba... I love dancing zumba but afraid to have prolapse 😢😢

      Google or ask your doctor. I see she didn’t respond. I think by doing these exercises daily for at least a couple months before you start Zumba again, this will
      Help strengthen your muscles and prevent injuries

    HI JESSICA I am 77 yr old woman who suddenly had incontinence after a lot of coughing ...i had bronchitis. I have now been doing these exercises for about a year now and they have not helped. How long is it supposed to take to actually start working? Thankyou for your reply.😊

      You should talk to your doctor and tell your doctor it hasn't been working

    While doing this experience i feel little pain in my Vaginal area and lower abdomen. Is that means I'm doing right?

      For me it's getting turned on feeling my muscles contract. Also if your not sure put your finger in there to make sure your pulling it and squeezing it. I get super turned on from my muscles contracting and then sex is even more amazing

      So if you have bladder problems, or anything else that is held up by the pelvic floor, it can be painful. These are absolute torture for me because I also have a back issue, and it doesn't matter what position. It shouldn't be a sharp pain, but one of those very annoying clench your teeth pain, that's pretty common

      It’s hard not to squeeze the abs and butt. Am I too old to reverse

      You thinking bout it too hard. My best advice or do it as if you’re holding your pee not to pee your pants. Also it’s ok if you’re doing other muscles too soon you’re gonna be able to control them better

    good, helpful information. Please check your grammar for lie/lay. The correct grammar is "LIEdown on your side (not 'lay' down on your side'), You can do it LYING (not laying) on your back. Anyone working in this field should learn the correct usage of LIE/LAY. It gives more credibility to your professional presentation to use correct grammar.
