Jess, thanks for the video and simple explanation into how you did it. One great thing that can help many of us that want to buy homes in Ghana, either cash or financed, is linking us to credible sources and developers and letting them provide actual prices at their linked pages. For many people, some families and friends have misled or stolen their funds in the name of securing lands or houses for them. Not being in Ghana can sometimes be problematic with regards to who to trust with financial dealings, however if we can deal with developers, banks or financial institutions directly, properties bought can be paid monthly from outside the country. Your video appeared in my feed for two days and I finally decided to watch it and it has been inspirational. Thanks for the knowledge but added genuine informational links would have been superb. Thanks again Jessica!

@@JessicaOS Great job Jessica. Just a tip for Saviour, if you don't mind, Jessica. Savior, all accents, including yours, can be beautiful. Jessica speaks beautifully but what is going to make you even better than Jessica :), are: 1)be authentic (as Jessica is), don't try to be her. 2) Work on ENUNCIATION. This is not emphasized enough in our upbringing. 3)Practice. Record and listen to yourself. Get ready to be horrified :) and 4) Take communications classes if available. All the best!
Hi Jessica, I just saw your video for the first time and really love it as a Ghanaian living abroad . I love Ghanaians who are sharing their experiences with the world about Ghana. Thanks from Nevada.
While everyone is here, I'm your real estate advisor. I do due diligence on land ownership before purchase and title registration. Depending on your budget, mode of financing and preferred location, I can find the property that best suites you. Thumps up Jess! That was a good one. Your first home doesn't necessarily have to be your dream home.
I do not comment RUclips videos a lot but I must say yours was really great : the subject, the editing , and your eloquence and calm above all. As a native French speaker (DRC) living in a French speaking country (Belgium) I can clearly understand you. I so love the way you talk. Your punctuation while telling your story is just perfect. I mention this because that's one of the reasons I skip videos from some youtubers : I get "out of breath" by listening them speaking too fast without even making a pause (probably the editing, but still it's very annoying to me). I'm 48 and bought my house exactly ten years ago (2010) with a 30 years mortgage. It was probably a bit like your first one, just walls and a roof. Truth be told, I wasn't financially ready and prepared when I purchased it, reason why after so long the renovation works are still in progress. There have been times I wished I didn't buy unprepared because of the lack of comfort I've been dealing (and still dealing) with. Luckily there are more situations and people to remind me that I did a good thing becoming owner. There's not much I can add to your advices apart from that I totally agree with you on all. My actual and only house is not my dream house at all, but my plan when doing the move from renting to owning was that after a couple of years I'll sell it at a higher value so that I have a more decent start budget for a better house. Well the process is taking longer than expected but at least I don't give my money to another landlord. This is the first video of yours I'm watching and I feel like subscribing to your channel. Please keep up the good quality content coming, that is highly appreciated.
Wow! I really appreciate the genuine feedback... and yes you're on the right path. Perhaps it took you a little longer, but baby steps will get you there. Good luck.

Why did RUclips recommend this to me?.. First time and I'm loving your channel ♥️
Thank you. Hope you stay??
Oooww, Jess. You know what, I have been a CitiZen since 2005 and that was around the time, your voice was what I called the "The Golden Female Voice" in Ghana then. You have always had that yearning for and addicting voice Dear.
You know what, I really pray you become MP for Akuapim North Const. just becauuse of your voice. Great work on mortgage financing in Ghana. I know Benard would love watching your story. I remember, sometime you guys talked briefly on this topic on radio one time on #CitiCBS. Kudos SunshineGirl. Love you to bits.
Eiish.. mp paaa??? 🤣🤣
@@JessicaOS Oh Yes, MP paaa o.Jess, the one we have for your hometown, she never speak on the floor before sef.
But on a more serious note. I'd want to see Jessica, Benard, Sky, AJ, Kojo A. Boat and Philip Ashong becoming MPs one day o with Sammens become Speaker of the House.
