...but am a *Nigerian* living in *Nigeria* 🇳🇬. This is meant for Ghanaians, however, A foreigner can also learn a thing or two about Ghana. Once it's your video, I click to view irrespective of the topic.
I'm a Gambian living in Netherlands,I like Ghana, I believe learning how things happen in Ghana is for everyone, Ghanaian or not ,my love for Jessica brought me here ,keep the good work my sister ❤👌
Very very helpful. I didn't consider mortgages because I thought it was expensive but you've really given me a food for thought and I think I will go in for that
This is very educative...I'm stuck on this channel cos I get lifestyle tips, relationship tips, social life tips, and all the updates...big ups Jessica 👏❤️
Thank you for the video. I see you did this video for Ghanaians that our residence and also Ghanaians that are not residence. I’m from the United States and would be interested in purchasing a property if it’s available for non-residence and foreigners. This is also after I watch the video I haven’t checked the link in your bio but I will see what opportunities are on the Banks website.
Jessica Good day, I'm all the way in Jamaica, would love to know the Mother Land one day, You're so informative, I got the feelings I know your country. Keep doing what you're doing.
Thank you for your free financial tuition on here, am grateful and seriously learning something. Your first two options are definitely worth looking into. I like the fourth one better cos a friend of mine gave me exact idea a couple of weeks ago. And I recall in one of your videos you had a bad experience with a tenant. That's scary especially when am not gonna be around to monitor it. But it's worth a try. Thanks and God bless you.
So glad I stumbled on this. My hubs and I are in US but looking to either build from scratch or purchase a home in GH for future purposes and wanted to know what options are currently available. Was always told mortgages in GH wasn’t an option and everything needed to be paid for up front in full. So this is great! Thanks for making this video 👌🏾😘
Hello Jessica we are always proud of you. Good job! Please can you also do a video about 'which telecommunication network in Ghana has the best offer' ( especially on WIFI). I and some friends who are also now your subscribers (through me) would be appreciated. Oh yes, please don't be bias over Vodafone, l know you are very close to MTN. Lol 😆 . Thanks .
Wow 💃💃💫..the favourite is here. Indeed you bi too much. You mention this US currency like GHC1 koko .dammn!!🤣. You don't fear this kinda money you know?. But you on point sweet mama dostered 😜👍🤗. I tap this blessing in good faith and one day I will own my house. May God bless you abundantly for such a great message and please keep the fire burning 🔥💞
Very informative but usually only a view people gets its. If you are a US resident they will use your credit score and income etc which unfortunately a 1% of applicants will get it.
Ehmm pls I stand to be corrected. Home Purchase / First Time Buyer is basically the same thing. Buy to Let ( tricky) most banks in Ghana *might* not use 100% rental income dependent on quality of tenant and good will because it can’t be 100% assured so only that can’t be used as a primary source of income. These are probably the main mortgage options in Ghana pls - First Time Buyer or Home Purchase Mortgage , 100% mortgage finance which usually applicable to properties below $100,000 equivalent (and *maybe* not applicable to non resident Ghanaians) , Home Completion Mortgage, Home Construction Mortgage and Land Purchase Mortgage. Pls try and get a mortgage advisor on your show and make the convo more interactive ( series of mortgage education) so we will all learn a lot and will serve as an ever readily available source video for everyone to learn more about mortgages online. FNB bank is the best bet for anyone on here who needs a mortgage. #ay3

I traveled to Ghana for the first time recently and instantly decided that I want to settle down in Ghana and make my home here in the near future. Can you purchase a home there without getting a mortgage? I know this may sound like silly or crazy question.
