You have just described my wife and I'm working to be out of this marriage there is no peace everything is about her, she once told me straight that her entire family comes first on her that means I come last, I decided to stop the businesses i was growing and go back to being employed I can see now she's acting like real wife and only showing some respect now but before when I asked her something she used to refuse and said im controling but now that im working she is acting up, I don't care I'm leaving this toxic marriage because clearly she is after the money.

I sadly stayed with my ex long enough for her to do all 3. The day she apologized was the day I no longer cared any more. I stopped caring because it went from me trying to prove myself to me understanding that I've always brought value into the relationship and deserved better than her. Deep down she knew that which is why her apology meant nothing to me.
