Everyone has been assuming that Wolverine "letting down his entire world" must be a reference to an incursion or some kind of huge, universe ending disaster but it could be something more grounded like failing to prevent a disaster that affected not only mutants but humans too. That could be why he's unwelcome in the bar. It might not be as simple as "we don't serve mutants".
Yeah I don't think that it has to do with Logan doing something to get all the mutants killed because in most of the comics and most of the movies mutants are disliked by all humans or most humans so why would they care if Logan got most of them killed so that scenario where everybody hates Logan because he got the X-Men kill doesn't make any sense because again why would humanity care if Logan got them killed
@@onlyeasydaywasyesterday Just spitballin here. But, stay with me here...Logan let down his entire world down because of a "virus" that only his blood can cure because of his healing ability and his "universe" didn't have a deadpool? Just spitballin
"He let down his world" My guess is this is from logan. This Woverine Survived the battle in the woods. Maybe by abandoning everyone else. Something that the original "Logan" did not do in the movie. the TVA doesn't want him in the TVA because he's a variant. he was to be pruned. (a la Loki). It's why Deadpool was fighting the TVA i the woods, he was trying to protect logan. Because he didn't let them prune logan Wade has a choice. Get pruned along with Logan OR go back to his world. (thats why they give him a Car dealership uniform "Hello my name is wade") he didn't bring that with him. That Logan is a variant.
If it was some universe ending disaster how’d he end up in a bar and functioning one
This Logan was part of a superhero group led by the X-men that were the avengers of their world, loved, idolised worshiped by the public (“like Xavier meeting the president and doing that speech in dark Phoenix after saving the astronauts).
However logan botches a mission because Cassandra nova messes with his mind, thus killing all the Xmen and plunging his world into darkness and despair. He was the one person who could have prevented such a tragedy but he failed to do so. By the time wade catches up with him Logan is living a nihilistic life. This Logan is a variant, not seen before onscreen. Hence the yellow costume.
Maybe he failed to kill Jean and Phoenix wiped it. Maybe Cassandra is using Antman as a giant cerebro and controlled him across the multiverse with amplified powers so he thinks he was responsible for his universes end
No that's wrong. The writers confirmed that baby gronk indeed surpassed thanos eons ago
@@user-fl9uz7yg1n who is baby gronk?

ya hope goku makes a camo in one of the verses...
Can't the Void have more than one terrain? Grass over here, desert over there etc.
Especially if it’s supposed to be an amalgamation of broken universes, random seeds would propagate and it’d have a wholly unique ecosystem
Like Minecraft biomes
It's gonna be battleworld in secret wars is my guess
Thank you! That’s like saying Hawkeye is set in a different universe just because it’s snowing
Exactly
My guess is Post DOPF where
1-Logan accidentally killed X-Men dooming world to Cassandra Nova or
2- Cassandra Nova killed X-Men sadistically as helpless Logan watched
Yeah I agree, if this is post DoFP he’s going to feel responsible for everything that happens to this world, if things go as bad or worse then before he’ll definitely think he let the world down cause he made it this way.
As bad as they have been keeping the timeline in check, it’s definitely post DOFP since Deadpool confirms he’s in that universe, that was supposed to write the 1st 3 X-Men movies especially last stand out of existence.
But time always corrects itself, nexus events always have a way of stilling finding a way to happen. Only when someone like Deadpool disrupts the timeline so drastically, does an incursion happen or changes a cannon event.
I like where your head is at on this. I'd accept either or.
3-Cassandra Nova pilots Wolverine to kill the X-Men, essentially doing both 1 and 2 at the same time.
@@sinteleon thats technically 1 if Cassandra planned it
What if this wolverine is from a universe where he didnt kill jean in X3, and the phoenix wipes everything out.
This is my thought too. it’s less convoluted and would be much easier for casual fans to digest.
That's good
Good idea, but that bright yellow suits seems like from the golden and triumph era od X-Men which in X3 they still struggle as mutants
🤔hmm i didn't think about that. that is a good idea
That's what I think
This is what I can put together: Wolverine has killed the anchor hero in his universe because of Cassandra Nova and triggered an incursion. TVA arrives in that universe and prunes the entire universe, thereby sending Cassandra and the rest to the void except for Wolverine, who manages to escape to another universe. TVA recruits Deadpool to catch Wolverine and Deadpool successfully manages to bring him to TVA. Both of them manages to escape TVA using the Tempad, thereby travelling to different universes. Deadpool kills some of the agents but eventually both Deadpool and Wolverine get pruned and sent to the void, where they confront Cassandra.
How wolverine travelled in multi verse?? Impossible
How would Wolverine just “ESCAPE” to another Universe?
@@jaedynstjuste1708he grabbed some TVA tech after killing a bunch of them?
In the beginning of the trailer the bartender says you're not welcome here.. it means he is in the same universe not in an alternate one
Not bad
I think the Wolverine was recruited for the same mission that Deadpool is currently recruited for, and he failed (or refused). Hence Paradox framing it as he "let down his universe". That is, "don't be like this Wolverine, do what you're told".
That would explain the scene where Deadpool is unaliving the TVA agents.
"So this is how it feels."
I always thought he said that because he now felt what it was like to be really loved and the love he had for Laura as a daughter. But thats just me.
Nah sweet sweet release
It could be both, mixed emotions are a thing, as is dying happy.
Yes. I think it’s b/c he has someone he’s letting himself care about. Real family. But also it’s how it feels to die. Which is what he’s watched every other person he’s cared about do, as he’s been condemned to live on.
Yes, earlier Charles advised Logan to get a family which is accomplished in the "Daddy" line
charles tells him to feel it
Not sure if the place we see being all dusty and stuff can be discounted as the void just because it doesn't have the same grassy fields as the void in Loki. Nothing stops the void from having multiple landscapes the same as any planet would. It just as easily could be the void as it could be a post-incursion universe.
i was thinking this exact thing
It is the void
The Hydra Helicarrier, Golden Gate Bridge, Mary Celeste and Leviathan corpse are all from the void
Why Renslayer, Lokis, Frog Thor and Narvas don't appear is unknown
I think it’s Days of Future Past related. Wolverine messed with the timeline and jumped to a reality that wasn’t his original and remained there. I think he cause an incursion like Miguel o Hara.
If I remember correctly, only his consciousness went back in time to his younger self. That future with the Sentinels was erased or branched off. It is probably the post Xavier killing the X-Men reality with Wolverine failing to stop him.
But according to endgame's time travel logic..this doesn't work. Changing the past, doesn't changes the future@@redstone5062
KITTY, WYA?! HELLO?
😢 🩸i can’t hold itt!

Prove it
I think everyone is overlooking the fact that there's a bunch of mutants that were killed cus they went against the x-men that are now alive again & when each death happened
Because they’re variants pruned in The Void.
Maybe wolverine’s time travel in days of future past caused the anomaly?
that's my guess as well.
I will watch everything that start with hugh Jackman

Nothing would be funny if Steve Rogers finds out he used to be the human torch in another universe😂🤔
Seeing Laura Kinney move the cross to an X will always give me a lump in my throat.
PSA: Don't wear rings from exotic materials that are tougher than your standard gold or silver.
Tungsten and Titanium are very dope and all, but if you have a ring of that kinda material and end up in the hospital with some kind of injury where it needs to come of, they don't have the tools to do that in a safe manner.
These rings can cost you your fingers in such cases. If you work with ladders or scaffolding, as a carpenter or in a machine shop like environment, just don't. For your own sake. Please
Google it if you don't believe me, but please don't wear these rings on your hands...
Didn't wear any metal rings. Jimmy Fallon learned his lesson.
I appreciate this. This is something I simply would not have thought of.
Thank you!
Something that just doesn't make sense to me is Paradox saying, "This Wolverine let down his entire world." Then later on Deadpool saying, "I don't know anything about saving worlds, but you do." Which is it, did Logan let down his world, or did he save it? I'm wondering it they are the same Wolverine, or not? We're just assuming that the Wolverine in the scene with Paradox is the same one that Deadpool eventually teams with.
I was thinkig it was because Wolverine knew what he had to do to save his world, but he chose not to (or couldn't), and this will allow him to fix his guilt by now doing what has to be done to save Deadpools.
Think of it like a redemption. He failed and found the solution after, just like Andrew Garfield's Spiderman who thought of a better way to save his Gwen. Which he did in No Way Home. Deadpool is asking Wolverine coz he knows how to solve the same problem that Deadpool is facing
What if there is a branched timeline where Logan couldn’t/didn’t travel back in time to stop the sentinels. The sentinels wiped out everything and those are the pod graves we see. They deem it his fault because either he didn’t or something stopped him from being able to go back in time to stop them. Or maybe he went back and couldn’t stop raven. So it would be the same Logan from all the previous movies, but his timeline got branched in days of future past? Idk it could be a million things and everyone could be totally off. This is the multiverse after all lol
Easy: Mephisto.
Don't..

Easy kill, static shock and frozen orbs.
If they're are using a younger Cassandra Nova does that mean they will also have a younger version of Charles Xavier in the MCU, long term?
It's definitely the void.
It makes no sense for that to be his world, especially when Deadpool first sees him in a normal bar with electricity.
An incursion should fully destroy the world.
I’ll honestly be surprised if they don’t glance over or mention Logan with Deadpool being like “Do NOT… touch that!!!! Leave it alone, we promised fans”
This is going to be a movie I see 5+ times in all different viewing options.

I can’t wait to see dogpool!
I would also be hyped if I didn't read wolverine #84. Trust me you will NOT be thrilled for dogpool
Happy JOHN WICK noises
Maybe Cassandra got control of him and forced him to kill the rest of the X-Men, with one of the dead members being that universes anchor
Was literally thinking about this then u posted this topic I think Cassandra nova probably got in his head or something and made hime kill his xmen or something along those lines
No the writers confirmed that his xmen were killed by Baby gronk
So pumped for this movie!
When he says "this is what that means" its a callback to "The Wolverine" when he was told he would die holding his heart in his hand
"This Wolverine let down his entire world." This is clearly a reference to the dementia-addled Charles killing all the X-Men prior to the events of Logan. Wolverine could have stopped Charles before it happened, but chose not to. This Wolverine is not an alternate universe version, this is our Wolverine. And yes, that is the Void in the trailer. Some parts of the Void can be green while other parts are desert. Obviously.
What if it's a variation that you don't know about
Seems more likely to be a variation based of his age, also seems unlikely he could have let everyone down because of Charles’s seizures
"This is clearly a reference" lol this one is a variant. They've confirmed they are not changing anything from Logan, this wolverine is also a different age lol. Even the bartender knew who he was and kicked it him in the trailer, whatever this variant did was alot worse than what happened in the Logan timeline
He just like me fr
I wonder if this world is supposed to be a pre "Logan" timeline or something......
Of course. Before the trailer dropped it was the consensus. It's the easiest way to tell any crazy story , including why he's in that yellow suit, sporting the chops like old times.
No forced appreciation for the writers, i see
Maybe it's THE Logan from the movie, but his healing factor kicks in back in resurrecting him.
The Void.. It's Earth (????) were Khang war happened and it became a dumpster when Who he remains weaponized Alioth and created the TVA. Basically a landfill universe for the pruned. As you explained it base on what you saw in Loki, you think that the place is small in size. Just because Alioth roams in the same place.
This movie is going to break all records 🎉
I doubt it but it will be good
Wolvbillion dollars coming up
800 million for sure a billion idk we will see
Jackman said it in an interview that this wolverine is from the pre logan saga. Before he died.
I don't know. Paradox said this specific Wolverine failed but how could that be if that Wolverine died? All seems very convoluted and confusing for what is hopefully just a good popcorn movie like the other Deadpool movies have been.
What if Wade tried to stop the ending of Logan, but because that was a nexus event, he couldn't stop it. And that's what caused the incursion??and Maybe the wolverine that let his world down, he couldn't kill Jean?
I think this takes place before Logan, but after Professor Xavier killed the X Men
This has nothing to do with those movies
@@nickjcirillo we don’t know that yet. They said this would take place pre-Logan so that’s what I’m going off of.

I think the world logan let down is our world, where he failed to save the 20th century fox xmen franchise no matter how many appearances he would cameo in.
I think they’re in the Void just in a different location from what’s seen in Loki. The way I understand Incursions is the world or worlds are completely destroyed, nothing is left.
Also his claws come out fast and completely when it’s just his shadow standing over Deadpool, as opposed to partially earlier in the bar.
Good theory EVoss. We all assumed b/c of the TVA that the wasteland could possibly be the Void, but bringin in the Incursions and whatnot, this seems like a great theory by the Vossman.
Why can’t the Void have multiple types of environments?
Right they just need to slap that little purple tint and we good
4:43 "Alioth could be anywhere an incursion happens" That's a frightening thought.
I want a Vibranium ring.
The place with the big tombstones and wheat could be the Ancestral plain based on Moon Knight.
I doubt that it's the "Ancestral Plain" from Moon Knight, mainly because that one is specifically themed after the Egyptian afterlife for those that believe specifically in the Egyptian gods and/or had some association with them and stuff like that, so unless this Wolverine believes in the Egyptian gods or associated with them in some way it's not likely that Ancestral Plain.
I know it’s unlikely but as an omega level, can Cassandra have a little chance in controlling Alioth if he was once enchanted by Gods (ik it’s different but a cookie crumb thought). Yes I stretched my arms before typing
Thumnail caption shoulda been "What Did He DO?" lmaoooo
Cassandra reminds me of Ebony Maw who was probably my favorite underrated MCU villain
Maw was amazing, hope they bring him back.
Bruh I loved Ebony Maw and the way he died got me so dead. Like bruh not a Hela death
I think there could be a lot of ways that he let his universe down. It could be that going all the way back to the first X-Men movie, he never stopped to let Rogue back into the truck, so left her to Saber-Tooth. That would mean that Magneto was more likely to succeed in his plan, since the X-Men had no idea about Rogue. Or one of the several other options for when he almost walked away from a situation, only he didn't change his mind. It would give more impact to the "I'm no hero, kid" line. Another option, and one that would make sure they don't touch the events of Logan, he walked away from X-23, and DIDN'T die like he was supposed to, and that's what caused things to go off the rails. If that was a fixed point in time, that was a key nexus event, it would bring about the destruction of that universe, and his guilt for not dying like all the other X-Men would weight heavily on him.
Has anyone noticed when logans in the wheat field hes wearing his casual fit with the white top, big belt buckle, blue pants, and boots
I very well may be wrong, but those don't look like gravestones. They look like they are part of a barrier.
That's definitely possible too. Some have said that they can see metal plaques on the inside of some of the stones, presuming that they are what lists who died and when and stuff, maybe not necessarily like headstones but more like those war memorial walls and such for soldiers that died during the war and such, or like what they had in Endgame that wall of Snapped peoples names.
Plus that’s a big ass gravestone like god dayum they buried them in it too
Right? Fence not gravestones.
I have the D&W face off t shirt ever since the trailer dropped during the Super Bowl &love it so much
I was saying this the other day. It definitely seems like more than one Wolverine variant is involved and Deadpool keeps coming into contact with them for whatever reason. I wonder if Deadpool is searching for a specific Wolverine. The Wolverine in the bar is obviously the Wolverine from Logan bc of the useless claws. We know the patch Wolverine will be involved bc that was in the teaser. And Henry Cavill’s Wolverine will also play a factor. The yellow suit Wolverine must be the one who eventually helps Deadpool save his universe.
Ahhh kinda like how Loki proved mobious wrong in season 2👌🏾✍🏾
Damn, Disney is Alioth
Idk i'm lost on what logan that is or what timeline he is from
5:10 quite a stretch there to avoid the obvious that the void could have varying landscapes especially if this is going to turn into battle world
10:26 Can't Deadpool just cut off the head of the good Wolverine (whose body is shot) and put it on the body of the clone (who got shot in the head)?🤔
Wait but explain why Ladypool, Dogpool, and Kidpool will be appearing in the film?
Alternate universes. We probably are also gonna see more Wolverine, but not Hugh Jackman ones.
@@nickdentoom1173like Henry Cavill as Logan which is what a lot of people want
What if the void is the aftermath of the first ever incursion ?
Revising the void setting to an incursion world… smells like somebody tipped the rockstar team. 😊
Paradox is working for Kang
This is probably the place called battle world in the comics after all we did get that secret wars cover in the first trailer and That issue might have been the first mention of a the place called battle world
And probably best way to describe battle world is think of a patchwork quilt instead of different fabric you have different types of landscape.. green , lush and Dry and dusty and so on
I feel like it’s a completely separate Wolverine, it’s supposed to be the “multiverse saga”. I think the want to explore as many multiverses before kang dynasty.
I dont think theyre even doing Kang Dynasty now
@@pizzeria_mayhem8736 Well that’s disappointing
@@natespann102 consider that Kang just got charged for beating his SO, so....
so theyre gonna come to the same conclusion loki did at the end of loki, and hes gonna be watching them from the tree like "yes, exactly"
I'm going with him being the Logan from X-Men Origins: Wolverine. The in universe explanation for how he "let down his whole world" doesn't really matter since that line is really a fourth-wall-break joke about how that movie was a let down.
It's the void
Yeah I still believe it is the void!
In the movie Just Friends with Ryan Reynolds, his mom calls him Peanut 🤯
I don’t think we’re looking like at a post world incursion because it looks so different than the incursions we’ve seen. A lot of similarities to the void too
I think that this Wolverine wasn’t only a member of the X-Men, but an Avenger as well. A huge universe threatening event happened (Thanos, phoenix, Apocalypse, etc) and know Logan is the only survivor of both teams due to his healing factor. He feels he failed his entire world.
I dig it, they said off the rip that this Wolverine wouldn't contravene Logan's ending, makes sense that a Deadpool buddy flick MCU would be strongly about setting boundaries and teaching the audience (and the studio) to respect them.
I think it’s a combo of him failing to do something/ incursion and it’s also the void
i think the hairstyle is the clue is more closey to x 1 logan
I like it! 🎉 A great way to say thank you and good bye to the anchor that secured the interest that led to the success of the MCU! Not just Wolverine but also Hugh Jackman.
That boat in the back looks like the ones they used on D-Day that drop off the troops on the beach
Ducks.
The idea of Logan's death being something Paradox wants either 'fixed' or 'undone' being a catalyst for his being the true villain could tie in nicely with Eric's pointing out that Deadpool is using parts of the tree that X24 impaled Logan on to kill the TVA agents. Like that scene is when Wade realises what Paradox is trying to and loses his shit over the betrayal / disrespect to Wolverine.
What I don't understand is how could Wolverine fall for Mystrio's illusions when he should have been able to smell that those were X-Men and not enemies.
I think the graves could be the X men and/ or the avengers 👀
please someone tell me that " How wolwerine's long armed suit became short amred suit??? "
please tell me😓
While we don't know for absolute certain until the movie comes out, we can guess some pretty obvious reasons as to why like he probably ripped the sleeves off at some point or they got torn off during a battle or something like that.
Have Yourself a Morlock Little X-Mas we find out that over 20 mutants died because of Wolverine
His DNA would have saved them
But may also be the means of killing them
I think it could be a universe where Logan failed to save everyone in Days of Future Past which lead to them being hunted by the Sentinels hence them having gravestones.
Slightly unrelated but hear me out. In the scene where Deadpool is fighting the TVA agents with a branch, what if it's actually Wolverine's hand from his corpse. Marvel has been known to change things visually in trailers to surprise people in theaters. So maybe the TVA agents were digging up Logan for some reason and Deadpool wasn't having it and took his hand and started killing.
I figured it would be one of the claws but it'd be kinda funny if it was his while hand/arm
B15, turn on that damn box shrinker!
this is amazing!
I was under the impression that his failed X-Men family in Logan was caused by a psychic episode that Xavier had.
Paradox will be the baddie. I mean it shows Wolverine dead and Paradox talking about how he let down his entire world with Deadpool looking confused.
Given the infinite nature of the multiverse, it doesnt really matter which universe he’s in; it could be one of an infinite number
Still feels like the void. And in Loki we didn’t see the entire world the void was set on. There could easily be different landscapes there. I also think there is definitely stuff scrubbed from parts of the trailer. I’m wondering if we might encounter a Loki variant and not Loki Who Remains 😝 or even the Watcher 🤷♂️ but I still have void and not incursions vibes from those. I get the logic you put forth but I gotta trust my gut feels like much of those background pieces and the characters shown are pruned variants that didn’t die
He didn’t stop Mystique from killing Trask, his universe perished but he managed somehow to “survive” 🤷♂️
He left them
The films are about him remaining to them.
Possibly, he did not kill Phoenix
I think we should all consider the fact that there might be multiple or Wolverine and Deadpool, hence the suit inconsistencies like how he sometimes has sleeves and Deadpool’s gloves change
Maybe Deadpool killing his alternate universe version is what caused the incursion
Or maybe that Deadpool didn’t die again and that’s still his backstory
What if this Wolverine is the X23 (the Logan clone) that killed Logan in "Logan" 2017 and as result X23 didn't have the experience that the Original Wolverine had and this "world went to Shit" to quote Deadpool. As a result everyone blames X23 for the Disaster
I think you mean X24
LET'S GOOOOOOOOOO
It crazy, you haven’t thought about it being from the X-men animated universe. Considering the title of the last 2 episodes and the appearance of the Watcher and the idea that Nova maybe the villain in the series.
This Wolverines from this move is from the Animated series
Alioth = langoliers😂
Could be Logan's cause basically every mutant died except him in that universe and maybee this movie leads up to Logan sort of like a fixed timeline event. He could be facing an existential crisis if the TVA shows how the X-Men in the Logan universe died including Charles n himself since Deadpool 2's opening references Logan's ending suggesting this Deadpool's continuity is in line with Logan's. Not to mention Wade's time-hopping in Deadpool 2's post credits.
Really looking forward to this one...
Did you ever notice xmen origins starts with logan/wolverine on the verge of sickness become mutant and start running through the woods to become as seen today and Logan ends with the metal killing him and him running through the woods to fight one last time...
Maybe a variant of Deadpool killed his world?
Also, why has no1 pointed out that in the second trailer wolverine can't extend his claws in the bar, but the first trailer he clearly extends his claws with ease. Maybe we will see multiple variants of Wolverine and also multiple actors playing wolverine in cameos. So far, we've seen casual clothes wolverine in bar, wolverine in costume with sleeves, wolverine in costume with no sleeves and I'm guessing there will be one with wolverine in mask... so maybe we see different variants of Hugh wolverine and also variants with different actors
Love this idea much more than it being the void, also makes more sense for it to still be in like its own xmen corner of the multiverse before being transported to the mcu
I think that this Wolverine “let down his world” by simply not helping the X-Men with whatever, and causing their deaths. It explains why people are still around in his world. Maybe Deadpool is tasked to hunt down Logan to kill/prune him because the TVA soldiers can’t.
I feel like deadpool makes an X with his swords to block wolverine is a jab at xmen.
