@@squidduThat's literally what it said. The buff was to make Dynamos painting and damage feel less inconsistent. And now it's like the perfect balance between Modern Dynamo and S1 Broken Dynamo
That brush hitbox change feels like they were demoing it in Side Order, adding on the Hitbox Size chip to the brush makes you see just how much more consistent it is, even with a small increase.
The brushes were already op, nlw unstoppable. The devs literally have no idea what they are doing. I thought the brush change was for when plsyers are really close but slightly to the side of the brush, as apparently there is a small gap between the user and where the ink comes from
@@pkcryodude, what's killing Splatoon 3 is the nonstop overpowering of weapons, the last thing this game needed was for any weapon to be able the hit their targets easier with BIGGER hitboxes and stronger shots. 10:17 "why" Probably because bloblobber and splat roller aren't the weapons which are most problematic. Neither of them are that good and kraken is the best part of their kits. Getting their best aspect nerfed because it had to be nerfed for the OP stuff like .96 and Range Blaster would be unfair, so they got a points buff as compensation.
krakens can be annoying to play against because they overrely on charge shots, which make the knockback from shooting it basically null when you release the charge I mean they say it in the patch notes themselves, its for the sake of encouraging kraken users to use jump attacks more in tandem with charge shots

@@squiddu also not to mention, splashdown is perfectly fine as a special. it has good radius, at least trades, is harder to cancel, and is overall much better than specials like slider, stamp, or vac

the “SIGMA” on the wall 😭? thanks for the showcase o/
9:41 One thing they didn't include is that now in private battles you can hear the opponent team saying "Booyah!"
And “this way”
Its a little change but it makes such a difference.
Is it only in recon mode or is it even in actual battles (that would be stupid, right?)
They actually DID mention it
@@Anubonek They did?? Can you place a time stamp on when? Pleeeaaase
I love how dynamos paint still sucks
It’s hitbox is amazing now.
We were never told this was a painting buff. I think y'all just got desperate

At least it’s decent turf still have fun there

no unfortunately theres still a blindspot :( i hope they eventually just give the brush itself a hitbox

Keep up the good work, my dude. Thank you especially for the DD rolls experiment :D
as a brush one trick, that brush buff was exactly what the brushes needed 😭
Never liked Douser Dualies ink efficiency so this change might make me play it.
your editing is so clean !! great job
9:27 erm...what the sigma?
Maybe the game gets confused and still doesn’t place the paint because maybe it doesn’t know which wall to put it on
Helpful and straight forward. Thank you!! 😊
i’m sick of only seeing gold aero spray in my lobbies. why’d they have to make it better
Ikr 😭
Be prepared to see aerosprays with 2000p+ and 9 booyah bombs in every turf war lobby
For the ink vac its the other way around. If you shoot on the wall, it paints the floor
It's both
Jet and zooka don’t do 67% less damage to Bbubbler, the patch said 67% as much damage is before, meaning they do 33% less damage.
The bath tube receiving kraken earlier makes me scared also as it paints heavily well for an AFK machine.
