Glasses are a fashion accessory and you make great 'statements' with your different glasses and sunglasses. I watched that brilliant Sheer Luxe show and that was the first thing I noticed. I loved your glasses! Glasses also hide a multitude of 'sins'.

Honestly, dear, sweet Jo, I didn't see a stark difference between those videos until you pointed them out. We all have days that we shine, and days we don't! I do agree that sleep should be a priority. Loved the garden today, but I really enjoyed the chat with Dave. When he was talking about the other cabby picking you up and saying, " she's mine!" You have to have your wits about you Jo and that goes for any city/town within the UK as unfortunately crime is on the increase 😞 two friends of mine were being watched whilst they had dinner behind Harrods and on leaving their watches/phones/wallets were forcibly taken. London is not what it used to be 😢

I have struggled with anxiety in the last 2 years, I’m almost 65 and decided a year ago to say yes to every invite or suggestion. Not always easy, but reinvigorating. I hope you’ll feel more upbeat soon.

JO , another great nugget of your life and regarding energy etc over 60 , I remember an 84 Yr old lady who was way ahead of her time on health and fitness telling me 30 yrs ago when I was 34 , that I had to remember that relaxation was as important as exercise in order to safe guard your older years ! I think she was so right , relaxation is the key, I try !!!! ❤

Jo you are the sweetest! I am 67 and I k own the feeling on the energy level. I go to the ymca 2-3 times a week for zumba swim. I walk my dog every day, but yes we have to keep moving. You are lovely and I love your vlog. You are genuine and I admire admire your intelligence and Witt. Losing your mother takes time, you lost a piece of you. My mom died in September so it takes awhile. Don't be hard on yourself, you are doing great! Love you Jo!

Lovely vlog jo, as always. Garden advice..well, it’s a very large space. Get gardener to cut the grass and trim the edges..it will instantly look much better. Then, each week he could concentrate on a little more detail, like the beds etc.

I watched the SheerLux video the day it came out! It was fabulous! My two favorite Jo’s! I just ordered Liz Earle’s book. And , yes my dear, you need more sleep! I was so happy to hear Liz talk about that. In regard to posture I’ve just started Pilates and I feel taller and with much better posture. We are the same age with completely different lifestyles. I’m raising my autistic grandson who we adopted 5 years ago. So I’ve realized how important it is that I take care of myself. Sleep, exercise….and housecleaners! I was once a fashionista, years back in my corporate life….. now it’s about comfort….yet still I’m all about the red lip. You are a delight every Sunday! Thank you for your videos! Happy 65th birthday Dave! 🎉 Jo, you always look fabulous. I don’t know how you function with so little sleep! I love your red lip. I’m 60 and have been wearing a colour called Captive. It’s a MAC lipstick and it stays on all day. I first bought it in the US 30 years ago and when I bought it they advised me that it’s a colour that suits everyone. I have the same colouring as you so think it may be worth a look as it suits every occasion and doesn’t need reapplying:)
