Damn the vampires in Sims 4 are really polished and well-made rather than the past two games! I somehow agree with EA making a detailed life states in a game pack rather than only being 'there' with not much powers in expansion packs. And also, a really great review LGR as always!
I agree! I saw a picture of a vampire from the Sims 3 and jeez it looks so ugly in my opinion. I was a little insulted that they didn't make a large supernatural expansion pack again but looking at this and seeing all we are getting, I think it's awesome!
Nicole T.B The real fun in supernatural for me always was something that no one seems to ever talk about: alchemists. They gave you a great reason to explore and collect; earning money with your creations and using the creared elixirs for good and bad. And there were so many; especially in combination with other packs. And they felt uniqe and different. The other life forms were a fun bonus.

The smaller game packs are better than expansions because the content is more focused. Think of when vampires were introduced - in Late Night, not Supernatural - where they had so little to do. And even in Supernatural, where each life stage had only a few interactions - zombies just walked slowly and destroy plants, werewolves destroy furniture and find some objects, witches and fairies were the exact same thing, not much else. All breadth and no depth, and this pack is the opposite. Since supernaturals are such a divisive feature, it's also better if they weren't part of a large pack that makes people want to buy them for just some of the stuff then actively find ways to disable content. With a smaller pack, they can just skip it with not much lost.
Senna Wales I fucking hated the zombies. Destroying prized gardens - I ended up having to put out money at every house I was at and locking the gate to make sure the zombies couldn't get in to eat them. And locked all my doors to be safe too. Loved the fairies, and I didn't play werewolves much so I can't think of much to say of them. I miss ghosts most of all. One of my favorite families I played I was my sim self who married an adorable sim I created who I made a ghost - had quite a few ghost babies, but the family and ghosts in general were fun to play. Honestly I want a mix of TS2 and TS3 Supernatural packs - I think maybe that would create one that covers everything well.
Kimberly Haines The thing is that everyone has very diverse preferences, and a single expansion will mean you might end up not liking something to the point of disabling it (in this case zombies). That's not good value. Zombies probably cost like $5 there.
Yeah, that's why I don't mind this approach for things like lifestates. So far every Game Pack has seemed higher quality to me than the EPs, which tend to be an expensive mishmash of mediocrity where none of the individual pieces really stand out.
Gamepacks would be better if they were cheaper, and if there were cattered to more varied preferences. I would agree with you then. But as it is they're taking forever to put out such small add ons that they don't catter to the whole fan base like Sims 3 used to. All the things you wanted to disable? Other people enjoyed them. I enjoy the zombies. They give my sims problems to solve.
That's a good point! When I downloaded Supernatural, I found that the only life state I really enjoyed were fairies. (Although the other content in the pack was great as well, including Moonlight Falls which is probably my second favourite neighbourhood in TS3 after Starlight Shores.) I'm hopeful that TS4 rolls out some more life state-related Game Packs because this one does look pretty interesting to me and I would love to see more developed fairies in my game.
still, think this pretty good overall game pack for what it is, while only 5 lots you get a world, clothing, furniture, build objects and gameplay, not just interactive objects but actually gameplay. This feels what a game pack should be. I'm little sad tho it's not all in one but the supernatural sims might be more thought out this way. These vamps seem pretty cool.
tho wish added werewolves into this pack and been vampires vs werewolves. Since in a lot of supernatural fiction, they are arch rival. Like one can each other or create a hybrid.
I hope the main 4 get their own game packs. But they can add the ones like zombies in somewhere else. Maybe a witches curse results in zombies? Or another WA tomb raider pack.
It would have been cool if you were a vampire among regular sims and you had to keep your identity a secret. If the sims ever found out what you were a mob with pitchforks and torches arrives at your door. Having to blend in, drink blood via stealth and not arouse suspicion would have brought a interesting challenge to playing a vampire.
Do you feel like the sheer depth of the vampires themselves make up for the lack of diversity in life states, AKA do the powers diversify vampires enough to make them as diverse as the Supernatural lifestates in Sims 3 from a strictly gameplay perspective?
@@Longknife I think they do. Sims 4 is a mixed bag, they have all these cool skill trees and stuff, but the game is still far too easy and lacks challenge.
xXSilentAgent47Xx oh you must have got Late night on sale, it was $40 for regular price. Maybe you can get Vampires for sale like you did with Late Night. I feel the vampires here are much more fleshed out than the vampires in Late Night so I think a $20 game pack is justified. (though I might still get it when on sale)
I think i'll wait for some Edition pack like they did to The Sims 2. If not, then i'll play The Sims 2 and 3. Paying 20$ bucks for just a vampire is ridiculous price. I remember that The Witcher 3 DLC's offered much more as The Sims 2-3 EP's, but how EA now goes is just absurd. It was much more cheaper in here, got it on Steam Black Friday sale. I bought Supernatural first then Late Night, at first i didn't thought it has vampires because i already did own Supernatural. I'm playing sometime TS3, still enjoying it.
xXSilentAgent47Xx When expansion packs for TS3 came out, they were just as expensive. Stuff packs were 20 $ each. Whether or not the price was justufied, is another topic. However the price range was established a long time ago. There are frequent sales on Origin fairly often. P.s. all older games are sold dirt cheap on sales especially, like with Witcher 2, for example
I watch your reviews and every now and then consider getting the sims 4 because I do like the animations/look of the game and some of the stuff/game packs seem really fun (like the restaurant/store one), but then I just can't get over the lack of open world. I think sims 3 spoiled me and I just can't see myself giving up the open world. Which is frustrating because some of the packs seem so fun! If only they had made some of them for the sims 3!
It's a good game over all, i played most of the Sims game and i think i like 4 better, the lack of an Open world hurt the game at first sight, but when you realise how the game run much better than Sims 3 did even with better graphics and animations it'S a trade off that personally accept.
Think of it this way, open world s rabbitholes. TS4 even lets you take your sims to work. That's how much rabbitholes aren't popular. Also there's the go to school mod for child/teen sims. Remember TS4 is supposed to be different from TS3. Or you'd just be spending all that money on an upgrade. It's like buying the iphone 7. Then buying the 7+. That's what an updated TS3 is instead of being its own game.
+Wawa, +Krla r5, Hey I have Sims 1,2,3,4 all loaded and play them all , SIMS 2 by far the most.. I have a question for you Sims 3 Hard core fans what exactly do you like about the quote "Open World" from Sims 3, All I see being able to do is go to a pond to fish or go to a city park.. none of the other Lot locations work, well you can stand outside at them and twiddle your thumbs ( Hospitals, Schools, Shopping locations, Movie Theaters ,etc, etc ad nauseum).. Do you go to other Sims Homes in Sims 3? All the locations in Sims 2 actually work.. you can go in the lots and do what ever you want, Socialize, shop for cloths , buy food, buy video games , buy magazines, eat at a restaurant, buy coffee. This Sim 3 open world is nothing like say Oblivion, or Skyrim, Or even open worlds from like Everquest, City of Heroes, or World of Warcraft, I even found the open world in the 1998 Ultima Online much more entertaining than Sims 3 open world... I just do not see the appeal... to me SIMS 3 is by far the worst of the series.
Just as a reminder: This is still the worst Sims game from the start. The towns were bigger in TS3, we had toddlers from the start and the supernatural expansion brought not only vampires but also witches, werewolves and zombies to the table. And let's not forget about the open world and so much more.
Sims 3 looked god awful horrendous, it took forever to load and overall a massive lag-spike, most computers can't even run it. Remember that the Sims 3 serie's is done, it's overall idiotic to compare both products when they're not even finished idiot. I'm a huge supporter of Sims 4 and hope they continue. Besides, who cares what was from the start? we got toddlers now. You're point is literally just unrelevant.
Alexander Walker its obvious that you want People to hate sims 4, dude stop hating the game is already good and with time it would be better than sims 3, in me opinion it already is
My play style is similar to his, where I play for the stories I make, and Sims 4 simply fails in that department (for me). On the other hand, this expansion is really fleshed out, and while you're not getting all the supernatural elements you did in the sims 3, the vampires are just sooooooo much better here.
I have never played the sims 4 (i never saw a reason to pay for what still seems to be a downgrade from the previous versions) however I watch reviews and let's plays. I know that most sims players don't like supernatural additions but I am in the minority that LOVES supernatural gameplay. This EP made me actually almost want to play the sims 4. I love love LOVE ( did I mention I LOVEEE!) that vampires have strengths and weaknesses (aka more depth) and that they have "dark forms" like the Werewolves in the sims 3. i also like the fact that they can study vampire lore in various ways , woohoo in a coffin, and talk to other vampires about batty things. Would I buy it? Heck no. I agree with LGR. As a Sim-playing veteran I am highly unimpressed with the obvious money-grab EA is making by delivering much awaited content in bits and pieces. And overall the Sims 4 EPs seem to be further add-ons on top of a creaky foundation. For those of us who loved the sims 3 supernaturals this maybe made us do a double take, but I don't think this a reason to invest in the Sims 4. However, for ppl with a low performance computer or new Sim players, the sims 4 in general may be a fun time.
People that keep saying "well...back to the sims 3." Is getting so old. If that's the case stick to 3 and shut up on evey sims 4 video with the same comment. Once or twice is fine. Starting to sound like people whining for toddlers. Anyways thanks LGR for your always honest review!
I agree, if ppl want whats in ts3 just play ts3!! I get wanting certain features from the old game but including everything ts3 had would get a lot of backlash too. ea can't win sometimes...
When they added toddlers I got back into the Sims 4. I can't believe it took them over two years to add toddlers. As for vampires, the game pack is fun and I do not mind that instead of a Supernatural expansion pack they have this stuff divided into game packs. Being a vampire, learning to fly as a bat, and living in cool creepy mansions is always fun.
I found this channel when trying to decide to buy Sims City Living, I was only introduced to Sims this past year. Now that my husband and I found this channel we always watch your reviews before we purchase anything for the game! Thanks for honest reviews and funny reviews! :)
I always look forward to your sims reviews. We have a similar play style and I like your take on the pros and cons of each pack. Thanks for taking the time to do these!
IMO this honestly the only good, well fleshed out game pack sims has released in a while. Most importantly, it adds a lot of new gameplay, which really I'm pretty sure simmers want more of that then, like, furniture.
This makes me wonder what they could do in with a game pack for Werewolves. In the Sims 3 they could make packs with other Werewolves, but that didn't really do anyway. But Get Together has that club system. Maybe they make a new pack system? Maybe you could even progress through the ranks like you can in a career. Like starting as an omega and making your way up to a beta and then an alpha?
I am not that into vampires, but I have to say that this is one of my favorite packs for TS4. The vampires are super well made, the build/buy items are gorgeous, the animations are cool, the aspirations are very good and challenging, and Forgotten Hoolow is pretty nice (I just wish it was bigger). I had a lot of fun playing through this pack, and I wish other packs were as good as this one.
I'm glad they added toddlers to the game (I was beginning to think it wasn't ever going to happen) but I'm still pissed off about the lack of transparency about it. Putting aside how they should have been in the base game, why the hell wouldn't they just come out and say that they were working on toddlers or that they planned on adding them? All we got was questions being dodged. A little communication goes a long way. Oh yeah, and vampires or something. Cool.
I just started to play Sims 4 and I gotta say, your reviews helped me and I frigging LOVE them! I woud love to see you do Let's Plays of Sims 4! Such a funny guy.
To be honest I love what EA is doing and I'm loving that they are adding new content and features in the game and I am very appreciative at what they are doing. However these Vampires and this new content doesn't add much to the game, I just feel like it's very stale and even though it's a new life state and a new creature to play with the game still gets boring after playing it for a few hours. I really hope in the future they will release a pack or an update that would open the game up to a bit more opportunities and realism soon because these random game packs aren't hitting on anything.
This channel is great!!! It's only just under nine minutes, a short video, and it gets to the point!! I love how the visuals don't exactly match what your saying, so your can get double the info in the same (Or half, depending on the way you like that phrase) time!! It sold me on the pack. I needed to know if you can swap from vampire to human, and it showed me at 2:18.
This looks like a lot of fun. The Dracula influences are strong. Also, this video has Swedish translation, how cool is that, and they're so accurate! XD
Loved Supernatural in sims 3. Been waiting for a “magic” pack since release of sims 4, this is not what I waited for haha. In sims 3 they did however release vampires before supernatural, so maybe there still is hope?
sims 4 is essentially sims 2 with a world-aging mod, if you really think about it. & even now I enjoy it & its interactions far better. I miss the "turn ons" feature.
The only thing that can make me play sims 4 is if we get open world. Until then I guess I will be waiting on sims5. I hate looking at loading screen and I prefer to watch my sims lag a bit in open world
I'm pretty sure the sims 4 is programmed and coded so that there will never be an open world. That's just how they made it, they wanted nice looking graphics and a less bulky game. More people will be able to play it and enjoy the came with out all the issues. The sims 3 had all kinds of problems. I couldn't even play my games sometimes. Even though the sims 4 is lacking, I prefer it much more.
It's the age old debate of open world VS rabbitholes. My game loads so quickly I barely feel the load screen. In fact the only time it's actually annoying is when I'm visiting a neighbor's apartment across the hall. But I hated that the grocery store (I've created 1 in TS4 btw, I can buy food, plants/flowers just like an actual grocer.) the restaurant, and other fun locations like that are rabbitholes in ts3. I just can't get over that.
Whoa whoa whoa, Ea made a *free* patch to give back a life stage they unnecessarily removed? I'm...surprised. But vampires for $20 is absurd, so that gets rid of any goodwill I had.
I feel so conflicted. This whole time I've been such a sour puss over the Sims 4, but here they are finally adding not one, but two of my all time favourite life-states! Still a crappy game tho, but I *really* like the detail they put into something so important to me.
The detailed character feature vampires have remind me of the aspiration rewards in Sims 2 where depending what your aspiration was, you get neat things like making Grandma's soup to cure illnesses if they had a family aspiration, 3 way calls if they had a popularity aspiration, etc.
Why have they released a pack just for vampires when they could just release a SUPERNATURAL EP!!! I've been waiting so long for a supernatural ep for ts4, it was my favourite ep for ts3.
MaKaveli There are vampires in supernatural. I got supernatural before I got late night and I had vampires. The only difference is in supernatural you can make vampires and they have more powers than in late night.
i always get so excited when i find out that lgr came out with a new sims video cuz they are always so funny, but it makes me feel bummed when hes not excited about the things i'm excited about i absolutely love supernatural stuff and when they added vampires i got so giddy, but when he talks about them it just makes me feel like i would be wasting my money getting such a self appreciated pack....oh well i guess not everyone shares the same interests, STILL LOVE YA LGR
Wait. So EA came out with a pack for one little thing for $20 that was featured in the Sims 3 Late Night expansion (which featured a shit ton of stuff!) for $40? Sounds about right.
The thing that really makes me prefer the sims 3 which i get a lot of people don't like is that even though i dont use them, i find a lot of things are just a nice touch to the realism of the game. Take pets and vampires from late night for example. i dont use pets in every game nor do i ever really play with vampires, but seeing vampires just roaming around in clubs, seeing a deer bounding through the park or seeing raccoons digging through peoples trash for me is just such a nice touch, and i prefer that far more to having a pack liek this one from sims 4 where everything is SUPER focused. especially with pets and kinda with university too, i dont ALWAYS use the content with EVERY family i have, but its nice to have the option to adopt a dog or send a sim to uni if i want to. its just the little touches that i like, which is why i feel i would never appreciate the sims 4. yes it runs better and the graphics are better, but it lacks atmosphere which would just be so hard for me to adjust to and would completely break the game for me.
Sims 3: Late night: $40 retail Added cities, groupings, celebrity system, night clubs, vampires, and much more. Sims 4: Get together: $40 retail Adds grouping system City living: $40 Adds cities Get famous: $40 Adds celebrity system Vampires game pack: $20 Adds vampires So basically you’re paying a total of $140 for something that used to only be $40. I don’t care if vampires are slightly better here than in the sims 3. That’s inexcusable and disgusting.
@@killerkitten7534 Consider yourself lucky then. Most people have problems with crashing and seemingly infinite loading screens, incluing me and my game wasn't even modded nor did it have any expansions.
Excited to check out the Sims 4 Vampires game pack and thought It was rather neat that your name was also in the Thimbleweed Park phone book when that character called all the phone numbers.....you've always been one of my fav game reviewers;)
Is anyone like me who just buys the packs and kits for the decore. And side from a few game play options I dont care about the rest. I mean my sims mostly live in Brindleton Bay or now Henford-on-Bagley. So I mostly farm, garden, and ignore the occult stuff. I do wish I could turn off the vampires from sneaking on your lot at nights unless you live in Forgotten Hallow.
I'm happy you're still doing these reviews. You are my favorite sims reviewer. I always watch your videos before I consider purchasing something. Keep being awesome! Your saving wallets by doing this for us.
WTF, supernatural is one of the best expansions that sims have, i know that some people just dont like that, but if you just wanna play sims...like...normal...then go outside and live...its the same
Fernanda Huscher yea, i understand that, but things like vampire, werewolfs, fairys...is something that you dont have in real life and this is what supernatural packs give you in this game...something that you dont have, and becouse of that....this is much more fun than doing staff that you can do in real life
Whenever I hear that a new Sims 4 pack has been released, I'm honestly more excited for your review.
Happy to hear it :)
Briony Collins right!!😭😍😍
me too! I always go straight to the review.
i used to be that way with the sims 3 reviews
Ok i have to ask now there been some expansions packs released it is any good i want to play it but i heard bad things about sims 4
But wait! Are there chairs?
Asking the real questions here

I would LOVE super in-depth character quirks. Like mini-traits where you can pick like 10 of them.
Right? I think it'd be a great way to add some much-needed personality and depth to each sim, especially if each one had serious consequences.
Ardin Catish ikr? I would also like a sort of
Slider or something for traits that would allow you change how severely/intensely they affect your sim.
3 personality traits are just so low amount. And how about things that affect their skills like a Great Cook from Sims 3? Also I picked Lazy and Geek for my sim, but I am not SO lazy. I just love relaxing and sleeping more, it's like they should also add Heavy/Light Sleeper.

try the sims medieval. it has everything you asked for in this comment: flaws and story progression
There is already flaws and weaknesses you must choose
Well my vampires lose energy faster in the day because of flaws then other ones
Glutton trait? Jealous trait? Mean trait? Hates children trait?
Sex in a coffin, huh? Sold.
Ha!
Read the comment first but was not surprised by the username.
You're amazing PUR! I love your channel! Do more LP collabs with LGR please!
they should add it in sims 2 and 3
😁
5 lots 😑
Yeeeaaah...
Ivy, well, its a game pack, not an ep
Ivy, well i mean most game packs doesnt come with a new world so
Evolution of Sims......From open world to 5 lots
Same with Outdoor retreat.
Lazy Game Reviews,
The real reason the sims in the Sims 4 lack character is because they have so few personality traits in my opinion. Adults can only have three personality traits at any one time, and children and toddlers can only have one at anyone time. Sure you can earn reward traits, but they practically never have any drawbacks, and they tend not to effect the way that sims behave. It really makes them less three dimensional in a way, especially children and toddlers who only have one personality trait at any given time.
I think there are mods so you can pick more traits but you're right. I really miss the like/dislike system of the sims 2
Cinnamoncustard,
I also don't use mods, since I have enough problems making games work correctly on my computer without them, so that's not even an option for me.
What I would really like to see in the Sims 5 would be the ability to give all child sims at least two personality traits, all teen sims at least three personality traits, and all adult sims at least four personality traits, plus the like/dislike system from the Sims 2, along with maybe a favorite / least favorite food, favorite / least favorite music, and favorite / least favorite TV station. Imagine every sim having at least one food that they love, and one food that they hate, one type of music they love to listen, and one type of music they can't stand, and one type of TV station they love watching, and one can't stand to have on.
I have to ask thinking back to Sims 3, Does the favorite food and music even did anything?
Nope. Technically speaking, the reason Sims lack character in TS4 is because emotions override traits. So let's say a Sim is energized, they will start doing push-ups even though they might have the Geek trait for example. The same with flirty, even if a Sim is shy, they might get firtly just because there's some flirty decor in the room. The emotion system is completely broken and the WORST part about TS4. It's what makes the game almost unplayable IMO.
Nahuel yes the emotion thing is annoying as hell. My sim moves from point A to point B in the house with different emotion decorations and change her emotion 5 times in a row. Sims are just so generic and have no personalities.

Funniest reviewer hands down! I can always count on LGR for a good unbiased review.
Glad you think so :)
whats your advice on starting a new channel about the sims?

I enjoy the zombies. They give my sims problems to solve.
That's a good point! When I downloaded Supernatural, I found that the only life state I really enjoyed were fairies. (Although the other content in the pack was great as well, including Moonlight Falls which is probably my second favourite neighbourhood in TS3 after Starlight Shores.) I'm hopeful that TS4 rolls out some more life state-related Game Packs because this one does look pretty interesting to me and I would love to see more developed fairies in my game.
so..still a better love story than twilight?
Always and forever.

Hi rem
And no sparkling vampires in sight..... hopefully....
Actually recently reinstalled The Sims 3, still great.
Macho Fantastico yeah although load times are kind of annoying.
At least you only have to load the world once!
/Thomas true...
I tried to reinstall and play it. Turns out that Sims 3 doesn't agree with Windows 10 and it lags like hell and crashes constantly.
Rebecka de Verdier o.o really? That's weird I don't remember that happening last time I played it.
excuse you sir, I don't know how good this pack is because I don't know how many chairs we are given.
I guess I was the only person who was more excited for vampires
No way. I couldn't care less about the toddlers and I'm way more into vampires being in the Sims
bruh I’m still excited, especially about the upcoming magic pack
@@littenfire3563 Same.
still, think this pretty good overall game pack for what it is, while only 5 lots you get a world, clothing, furniture, build objects and gameplay, not just interactive objects but actually gameplay.
Like one can each other or create a hybrid.
now my next move is to say where are the cars? since we have tots now. Also, build mode where is the terrain tool? still miss that one.
I agree but I think maybe they are saving other supernatural states for a larger expansion. Or at least I'm hoping.
I hope the main 4 get their own game packs. But they can add the ones like zombies in somewhere else. Maybe a witches curse results in zombies? Or another WA tomb raider pack.
Rainbows Everywhere the sims 4 is stuff packs, game packs and expansion packs correct? Or are game packs expansion packs?
Expensive old books that smell like dead skin are the only ones worth collecting...
+Samurai Shampoo That's my fetish. Mmmm...
I think they are referring to the limited (?) amount of old books that were bound in human leather because of the dead skin description.

It would have been cool if you were a vampire among regular sims and you had to keep your identity a secret. If the sims ever found out what you were a mob with pitchforks and torches arrives at your door. Having to blend in, drink blood via stealth and not arouse suspicion would have brought a interesting challenge to playing a vampire.
tf
Exactly. Or you could control everyone in the town and become king or smth
Wasn't expecting a positive review of a sims 4 game pack.
I've been generally happy with each Game Pack so far. It's the Stuff Packs I'm not fond of.
Stuff packs seem like an in between of microtransactions, and DLC. (Although leans closer to microtransactions.)
@@LGR only stuff pack I like is the Murphy bed one. The rest are pointless in my opinion. The Murphy beds add in another way of death
20 dollars for Vampires!? The Sims 3 Supernatural costed for me 30$ with adding other species, but just for Vampire 20$...
xXSilentAgent47Xx oh you must have got Late night on sale, it was $40 for regular price.
P.s. all older games are sold dirt cheap on sales especially, like with Witcher 2, for example
xXSilentAgent47Xx sims 3 supernatural was really boring tho , sims 4 vampires are very fleshed out
xXSilentAgent47Xx well cheaper in ts3, better quantity in ts3 but not better qualty in ts3...
I started playing the sims 4 in 2019 and i cannot believe toddlers weren't always a thing in the game 😮
They seriously could've added more lots in that world.
If only they had made some of them for the sims 3!
wait for origin sale if want to get it, because you'll feel like u spent way too much money for what it offers once u get to play
I'm the same. I tried it but I missed the open world and got bored then went back to TS3

Alexander Walker in ts3 vampires cMe first lol and also ts4 is still getting new stuff so its not fair to compare yet
Alexander Walker its obvious that you want People to hate sims 4, dude stop hating the game is already good and with time it would be better than sims 3, in me opinion it already is
Sims 3 is life.
i totally agree but on the other hand the sims 3 supernatural was 20$ more than this one
However, for ppl with a low performance computer or new Sim players, the sims 4 in general may be a fun time.
i really appreciate that you have captions in your videos! it helps a bunch!
Quite welcome!
wow i actually got a reply
I've seen on Reddit that the new sims VIP vote has a "witches" and "fairies" game pack option.
People that keep saying "well...back to the sims 3." Is getting so old. If that's the case stick to 3 and shut up on evey sims 4 video with the same comment. Once or twice is fine. Starting to sound like people whining for toddlers. Anyways thanks LGR for your always honest review!
...................Back to the Sims 3.
Ikr. It is very annoying. Wait till Sims 5 comes out and they'll be like..back to Sims 4
I agree, if ppl want whats in ts3 just play ts3!! I get wanting certain features from the old game but including everything ts3 had would get a lot of backlash too. ea can't win sometimes...
honestly, im fed up with the people complaining like children, like stfu.
I’m so late but *THANK YOU! FINALLY SOMEONE SAID IT!*
I hope they do a mermaid game pack or someting like that too. Like an all underwater world and pretty tails. Or just a supernatioral expansion
Lamentably lacking largeness!
I know absolutely nothing about The Sims but I'm just here for Clint's soothing voice.

Much anticipated video! I love your reviews. I really love how you don't shirk away from sharing your true feelings about each pack.
Favorite moment in the video was the brief glimpse of Toddler Duke. :D
The rest was cool, so Thanks LGR!
I love supernatural sims! I've played more in the past few days than the previous 6 months. I hope they make a fairy game pack too!
Cool.
EA really needs to add a Travel or Hotel's pack!
did they add one yet, or no?
"Hot Topic shopping neck suckers", I had to pause the video from laughing so hard.
What do you want exactly, and are you sure everyone else wants that same thing?
This channel is great!!! It's only just under nine minutes, a short video, and it gets to the point!! I love how the visuals don't exactly match what your saying, so your can get double the info in the same (Or half, depending on the way you like that phrase) time!! It sold me on the pack. I needed to know if you can swap from vampire to human, and it showed me at 2:18.
Always loved when "Duke" comes out in the commentaries XD
I'd just like to thank you for having clear and accurate closed captions in English!
1:32 is that Duke Nukem toddler? that's adorable.
But...where are the chairs?
I love vampires! This was the first thing I got on Sims four
The only thing that can make me play sims 4 is if we get open world. Until then I guess I will be waiting on sims5. I hate looking at loading screen and I prefer to watch my sims lag a bit in open world
Ruine Marie eww no
Open world in the sims 4 would never happen and if Sims 4 don't make enough money or a lot of people keep complaining then there will be no Sims 5
keke sims 4 is making lots of money , it's just some people bitch so much about it
I'm pretty sure the sims 4 is programmed and coded so that there will never be an open world.
Also LOL at Vamp Duke listlessly smoldering on a park bench
Whoa whoa whoa, Ea made a *free* patch to give back a life stage they unnecessarily removed?
I'm...surprised. But vampires for $20 is absurd, so that gets rid of any goodwill I had.
Damian Freeman im with ya hun *lol*
I haven't played The Sims in about 3 years but I still stay subbed because I really enjoy your reviews!
Yay I've been waiting for this!
One thing I miss is the hospital and getting ill I know it sounds weird but it makes it more life like and seasons would be cool😭
I've been waiting so long for a supernatural ep for ts4, it was my favourite ep for ts3.
hansol vernon christ in the sims 3 vampire didn't come with supernatural it came with late night
***** yeah but what I'm saying is they could still make a supernatural ep then add vampires too it
MaKaveli There are vampires in supernatural.
I was waiting for this! ive been watching your reviews for years and can always rely on you to tell us all whats up.
I'm really glad there's one RUclipsr that's not that into vampires. You have a very similar view on Sims as I do! ♥
Really digging everything about the vampires pack, especially the items and town. The progression system on the vamp abilities is a lot of fun too.
I cant play the sims with out the vampire pack lol! Also toddlers. The toddlers are so adorable.
I love your reviews.
Thank you!
Thanks for uploading so quickly! You give the best game reviews, despite being lazy. They're incredibly thorough and entertaining.
Sims 3: Late night: $40 retail
Added cities, groupings, celebrity system, night clubs, vampires, and much more.
Sims 4: Get together: $40 retail
Adds grouping system
City living: $40
Adds cities
Get famous: $40
Adds celebrity system
Vampires game pack: $20
Adds vampires
So basically you’re paying a total of $140 for something that used to only be $40. I don’t care if vampires are slightly better here than in the sims 3. That’s inexcusable and disgusting.
Jusey1 sims 3 runs perfectly fine for me, and that’s with 2 gb of CC
@@killerkitten7534 Consider yourself lucky then. Most people have problems with crashing and seemingly infinite loading screens, incluing me and my game wasn't even modded nor did it have any expansions.

Fernanda Huscher yea, i understand that, but things like vampire, werewolfs, fairys...is something that you dont have in real life and this is what supernatural packs give you in this game...something that you dont have, and becouse of that....this is much more fun than doing staff that you can do in real life
