so glad you found it helpful!
great video. Now i realize i was holding my leaf tip the wrong way!!!
Glad it helped! and I think most of us have had that moment with at least one tip! Happy Decorating!
Is 65 the smallest leaf tip? I plan to use it on a whipped sugar cookie, so I need it extremely small. Thanks in advance.
it is the smallest one I have, I'm not sure if it's the smallest one on the market. There are a lot of companies that make tips and a lot of tips so there could be smaller options. If you are looking for something more petite than a 65 tip then I might try looking at a company called PME, there tips tend to be smaller and geared toward doing very fine detailed work. I will note one of the best things about leaf tips is you can vary the size you get with each tip. if you use lighter pressure you will get smaller leaves. Hope this helps with your project, it sounds interesting.
@@CakeDecoratingSchool - Thank, you so much for taking the time to answer me. I really appreciate that.
you are so welcome!
Wish your video was Close Up so we could see the result better.
How stiff do you make your frosting?
Thanks for the suggestion penny! Our frosting isn't overly stiff and we use one consistency for everything, icing cakes and piping decorations
Are you using Wilton or ateco in this tutorial?
I believe all the tips I'm using in this video are wilton. I have both kinds and I think for these leaf tips all of the numbers are the same. Hope this helps!
