Tip for Day 2: Regardless of how you did Day 1, you can get a guaranteed Day 2 stealth (i.e. no attack/loud) by, as soon as you see your AI gun up, just restart it - it will then reroll the chance of stealth vs loud, and it might take a few attempts, but you'll get the stealth exit. Obviously, if you really really want the loud exit, you can reroll until you get it...
Just did completion #60 on DS+OD, and so far had 3 loud exits (restarted all and I got stealth exit).
Thanks a lot for confirming Stefan! As we discussed some days ago on the Discord server, I've been very unlucky with this 1% chance for assault after successful stealth escape, so I never got an opportunity to confirm this myself.
Pinning this comment so that everyone can see :D
😊o😊
Wait so the loud exit is randomized?
Opened server door, missing guards, missing devices, etc are not enough to alert the guard, but a *moved bookshelf* is simply enough for the guard to calls the Army
Haha indeed, just one more example of PAYDAY 2 logic!
Not to mention the entire place filled with mines.
Welcome to Payday 2

A solid hour of tips for framing frame. This will be a fun evening.
Haha, very long indeed! When I saw the length of the video, I considered splitting it between Art Gallery (12 minutes) and Framing Frame (38), but I decided to go all in and make it a single video :p
@@Marcmb i know this is late but can you please tell me the name of your secondary shotgun?
@@nassrawi9779 Absolutely, yeah! The shotgun is called Locomotive 12G :)
I always read all my comments regardless of how old the videos are, so don't worry about that! Although generally typing a new comment is better than a response, because the latter sometimes won't send notifications for some reason!
@@Marcmb thank you so much man no other youtuber has responded u just earnt a sub good job 👍
@@nassrawi9779 No problem, happy to help!
And thanks for considering subscribing! :D
It should probably be noted that guards are not alerted by the bookshelf during the closing animation, only during the opening animation and when the bookshelf is moved. This means you can quickly close the bookshelf if a guard comes unexpectedly without having to worry about him seeing it during its animation.
Oooh that's very interesting! I never checked this timing in particular, because I usually just play it safe, and also because it's tricky to get reliable results on any situation similar to that (because guards only open their eyes, to check for suspicious stuff in their surroundings, every 2 seconds -- so you never know if it's fully reliable, or if you just got lucky). I'll make sure to do some testing on this for now on though! Although for now I'll take your word on it :D
I'm really happy that I read your comment, because this fact just saved my run tonight.
After 15 infamy, finally i nailed that painting throw...
It's a very useful throw! But definitely very hard to use properly, until you figure out the steps to reproduce it easily! :p
same
I'm infamy 23 yet I haven't even thought of that throw xd
@@thisweekon7684 As long as you learn it at some point, it's fine! :p
@@comradeskipper5232 I definitely recommend it, Joe! Sometimes it's not much of a time save, but especially when playing solo it's much safer, and like every little thing in PAYDAY, it's really fun to learn :D
Yo, can we take a second to appreciate how excellent this video is? It has *better* info than the wiki, gives a complete meta guide with no editorializing, reasoning for all decisions, has timestamps/screenshots for everything, and does not waste your time for a single second shilling sponsorships. Every Payday player should sub this channel immediately.
Like, seriously this must have taken so much work.
Thank you very much, Instant Decade, those are some very kind words! I appreciate it a lot :)
It did take quite a while to make, but it was really fun to script, record, and edit. Once again thank you for all the nice feedback, and glad you enjoyed it! :D
@@Daszkal What are you saying? RAT
I may be 2 years late to this comment but I do agree! This is honestly the best Payday 2 tutorial I have EVER seen. The explaining and every part of it is amazing! He even shows the content that was removed from the game, it just shows how much effort was put into this tutorial!❤
"Aiming guide sold separately", this one killed me. Great video as always, FF is by far my favorite heist in the entire game. Only Shadow Raid could rival it for me. The satisfaction of completing FF in stealth, when you steal all the gold and stuff, is beyond measure :)
Hahaha glad you liked that one, Sam! I didn't want to have that text on screen for very long, because that guard got the better of me... I still don't really know how I missed that shot, but it was definitely my fault! :p
Thanks for the kind comment, and I agree completely -- Framing Frame is _really_ fun (going for all gold is part of what makes it so fun!), and Shadow Raid is always a great one to play :p
Thank you I haven’t watched yet but this heist is a pain in my ass
You're welcome! Hopefully the guide will help :)
@@Marcmb you are a legend this video is 52 minutes long!
@@jackcarpenter100 Very very long, indeed! I knew it was going to be a long video, but I didn't expect it to get to this point!
@Darkznotfound Hey Darkznotfound! Glad you liked the video, thank you! For the future -- I definitely recommend posting a new comment rather than a response somewhere, because otherwise I don't get a notification, so I may easily miss your message!
As for your question, the shotgun is the Locomotive 12G, a secondary shotgun available on console and PC, with no DLC requirement!
@Darkznotfound No problem, you're welcome! :)
So...when is the aiming guide mentioned in 24:36 coming out?
Hahaha, I think I'm never gonna learn, so definitely not for a while! Glad you caught that one Kale, I didn't want to show it on screen for too long because I was admitting how bad my aim can be :p
Wow. This is one of the greatest guides I've seen for any game
Thank you Zach! Hopefully it will be useful, and thanks a lot for the very kind words! :D
Tried this today. 2 and a half hours of failed stealth. Then 14 minutes of loud. Some routes are significantly easier than others.
Haha loud is definitely an option too! Not really covered in this guide, but hopefully some parts of the guide helped anyway! :p

That's very kind of you Rafael, thank you! For the nice comment, and also for being here since the beginning -- I appreciate that! :D
Ended up getting frustrated with lounge vault and reset until bedroom... As penance I tried to find all of the devices without the guide but that piano bench tablet spawn would have gone unseen for centuries 😓
Amazing guide as always, I especially loved the day 1 painting throws (and the tip that it can be ECM rushed solo in a worst-case scenario).
Haha! The heist is certainly a lot tougher with the lounge vault, simply because many more things can go wrong. Restarting is an absolutely fair strategy! Glad I could help you with the tablet spawn, and some miscellaneous tips :)
As a newbie, I've constantly failed day 3 on stealth, but I somehow managed to get through it first try (DSOD, of course) after seeing this guide. Seeing how useful tripmines can be prompted me to use them here, and they helped a lot, even if I forgot to upgrade the skills and brought 3 total (luckily the vault spawned in the bedroom). Thank you for the guide, it is really helpful.
Amazing! That was really good to read, thank you very much! Apologies for the late response (because I've been away for the last 3 months), but still really happy to read this! :)
Definitely up there for my favorite heists, a good time, and a bad time on switch. This tutorial, is going to save me on switch, thank you for so much, I"ve been waiting for this for a while now, and it's here. Thank you Marcmb, you're a great youtuber!
Hey Mega Potato! Definitely one of the best stealth heists -- and also considered the "original" stealth heist because of its difficulty. Very unique atmosphere, and very cool gameplay!
Glad to hear the tutorial will be helpful, and thank you for the kind comment! :)
This was the video that actually helped me complete this heist! I watched a ton of guides because i really couldnt handle it and this was the most helpful. My "pre infamy 1" self thanks you
Hey Mike! I'm glad that the video helped you, very happy to hear that, thank you!
This was exactly my objective while making this video, so I'm very glad that it's being helpful :)
I’ve been playing on PC with the Silent Assassin mod, the one that makes stealth kills not trigger a pager, and I’ve learned some interesting things. If you kill all six guards, a seventh spawns. If you kill him, and eighth guard spawns, and he can be dominated, but not killed.
Hey Kade! I've seen that guard too -- he appears very often when you ECM rush the heist! Kinda cool that the devs added something like that, some heisters say that it's to deal with players using Silent Assassin :p
Hey Marc, always wanted to ask. What if you kill 3 guards on Day 3? Will there be more guards or no?
@@user-hq1mc4vm8p your pagers about run out then and bain says they’re ramping up security but I’ve never seen extra guards spawn
silent assasin just destroys stealth, it makes it mind numbingly easy
@@tralphstreet gotta agree, while it is unrealistic that the operator will happen to call shortly after you kill a guard and no other time, it is actually them being nice because it could just be "random" check-ins especially even on disposed bodies
I remember playing this heist on the PS3, and you were able to kill four guards and handcuff a 5th on both day 1 and 3 with the right skills. That meant those two days were essentially fool-proof unless you really messed up. This was one of the first heists I tried on my PS4 and I learned the hard way that now you have to answer the pagers on guards that are handcuffed and inspector guards spawn after the 4th pager is called in, which completely ruined this heist for me, and after watching this, I’ll give it another try. Another great video!
That used to be a thing in the old stealth days, yeah!
It was quite fun to pull off, although it wasn't as fun to replay, because it was a bit too easy when you got used to it.
Glad the video gave you some ideas to give it a chance with the new stealth systems. Good luck in your attempts, Core Bore! :)
This guy is making the long guide look like a paragraph with how long all these guides are combined
Haha! There's a lot to explain about every heist after all, hopefully you're enjoying the guide format :p
I've been waiting for this. Been wanting to see if there's crap I missed.
Thanks TheVideogamer! It's finally here, after many many requests :D
Hopefully you were able to learn some new details about the heist!
@@Marcmb definitely learned that the damn phone can spawn on the floor next to the TV and a tablet in that staircase near by. No wonder I got pissed off trying to find them all
@@TheVideogamer1004 Nice! Glad I was able to teach you some new things then! :D
@@Marcmb what i want to know is who puts them in that staircase in reality? In a place like that lol
@@TheVideogamer1004 Yeah when you look at it like that, even the phone on the floor is more realistic than that tablet, left in the middle of nowhere :p

Thanks a lot for this guide, your trip mine placements really helped me stealth day 3 consistently.
You're absolutely welcome acuilnos! Glad that helped :D
Thank you so much for this guide! I was finally able to stealth this heist. And you got a new sub :)
Hey BalancedMusic! Glad to hear the guide helped, and congrats on beating the heist! Thank you for considering subscribing :)
On Day 1 with allies, I like to have one person watching skylights and one person doing the stealth work. The guy up top can do most of the spotting tripwires will provide, plus an immeasurable boost in efficiency by catching paintings as they're tossed through the skylight. You can pull all the paintings out of there incredibly fast with that method. It is practically the best feeling when you've taken nine paintings out of the gallery in four minutes with a perfectly coordinated two-person hit.
To be honest, I never knew I could get the paintings out of those little horizontal slots, so credit, you did indeed teach me something about the mission I didn't know. I'd just use the tripwires (and with an A room security, the cameras) to time an escape path to rally the bags out. I got consistent with that with enough practice, but I'd imagine the slot toss would be a lot nicer if I practiced it. With two people, tossing it up to the roof man through the skylight is definitely the better bet, and as such I've always enjoyed Framing Frame as a two-person mission, as a lot of the phases get easier with a cohort.
On day 3, I prefer to stash the coke behind the chair directly, little bit slower than moving it all at once in stages but much safer in the case where I get a bedroom vault. I didn't know the bed blocked for the bags. The bags seemed too thick for that with the bedroom rotato. Good to know. Still gonna use the chair though because I just don't feel safe with the bed. Fun fact, you can hide behind the chair in crouch and it's not spotted by the Bedroom guard, so it's totally safe for yourself, body bags, and loot.
Hey there The Scribe! I really like your analysis of a duo run for DAY1. Just as you say, the gameplay and strategy change quite a bit, with many options becoming available. I really like the comparisons that can be made because, when playing solo, since I can't have a spotter helping me from the roof, I replace that with spycams and trip mines (full coverage of the two entrances to my current hall), and since I can't have a catcher on the roof, I replace that with the tiny windows :) Because, just as you mention, having that help from a second heister definitely helps a lot.
As for DAY3, just as you mention the bedroom is, overall, very very safe. Loot bags and body bags can be hidden behind the bed, and behind the chair, and even if a guard is approaching there's plenty of time to close the bookshelf, so stashing all the coke in the room and then moving the bookshelf just once will always work easily. Definitely much easier than the other 2 vaults, in any situation!
ok, i didn't know about the piano spawn and the phone in the floor, that may explain runs where i'm looking around 20 times for the last device and end up getting spotted
Hey Santiago! Glad the complete and thorough list will be useful, thank you! Once you know where to check, it's generally very fast every time :p
'Aiming guide sold separately.' Waiting patiently! Thanks for another amazing guide. You're the best.
Thank you gammaraymond! After a few weeks of working on this one, it's finally here! Glad you enjoyed it, I appreciate it a lot :)
Aiming guide may be coming in the future if I ever learn to aim! Hahah :D
You may not be seeing this but, you made me go from despising this heist, to absolutely loving it. I had so much fun learning all these cool tricks and how to effectively deal with everything I hated this heist for. So I can thank you for making this heist one of my favourites :)
That is great to hear Joshua, thanks a lot for the comment! It's always very nice when I can help heisters to master heists and enjoy them more, especially when they end up finding a new favorite :D
These videos are way underrated - this made Day 3 a 1 attempt deal, and I'm someone who hates Framing Frame (still remember getting so pissed at doing the Pro version on DW back when I was a teen)
Thanks a lot for the very kind comment, Kawaii Mercenary! :)
Happy to hear that these guides are helpful, and that you were able to complete it in just one attempt with my approach! :D
While all your guides are very thorough and a joy to watch, a special salutation to you for making this one. The amount of runs needed to account for every changing factor in the heist, especially the item spawns and vault combinations, must have been pretty staggering. Respectable dedication.
I quite love FF and it's among my favorite heists but, being a very cautious heister, can regularly end up spending 1h+ on a successful run in addition to all the time added from failed attempts. Think just learning the throws in Day 1 (always been inconsistent at those) and Day 2 (because lugging those around single-handedly is... just kind of boring) is going to save me quite a lot of time. While a throwing guide would probably be overkill, the amount of time that can be saved with proper throws can add up so very quickly. Many thanks for those.
Not to mention the Day 3 guide. For me, the second floor vault has always been the enigma of inconsistent difficulty between of the pleasantly easy bedroom vault and the face of Hell that is the lounge vault, but never realized that the guards virtually never pass directly in front of it. You and that little wall on top of the stairs are going to save me so much time...
Concerning the keycard, I rarely if ever use it, but if I remember correctly, wasn't the camera operator behind one of those keycarded doors, too? Do you have any backup plans in case he is located in the midpoint along the way to the lounge vault or do you just chalk it up as an acceptable loss and try again?
Very kind of you Tazane, thank you so much! :D
The worst part about accounting for all the RNG and variations in this heist was that I struggled to keep the video under the 60 minute mark! I'm happy to know that the end result was enjoyable to watch :)
The reason I wanted to briefly mention the DAY2 throws is because, when I play the heist with other random heisters, that's the one thing I find myself explaining to them every time :p Glad that's gonna save you some time!
That corner on top of the stairs is easily one of the highlights from DAY3, indeed. Being able to stash all the coke there, and then moving it all into the vault by moving the bookshelf _just once_ lowers the risk a lot.
As for your final concern, don't worry about that! One of the three server room doors will contain the _computer for the loud objective,_ but no camera operator! Luckily, for this heist the camera operator is off the map, so all server doors are always safe to open, with no RNG! :)
The trip mines placement is so useful. Thank you for this guide. Just finished this heist on PS4
Happy to hear those helped, Lion, you're absolutely welcome! Trip mines are often overlooked, even though they are surprisingly powerful :) Glad you were able to use them to their full potential, and congratulations on your heist completion :D
I make sure to comment positive stuff on your newer videos.
Also I really like the use of the timestamps
Thank you Ahmad! Very kind of you :)
Glad you like the timestamps too, thank you!
Fantastic guide and one of my favorite stealth missions to solo. I personally think the Gallery is harder than the Framing, the damn guards just don't stop moving and there's like 8 or 9 in one art gallery it's so unnecessary!
Thank you very much, Kris P Bacon! Glad you found the guide to be good :)
It's actually quite true that, after some practice, DAY3 becomes very straightforward, whereas DAY1 is always flooded with guards. I couldn't imagine doing the Gallery without trip mines, it would be so risky!
Jeeeez dude you replied to 300 comments and liked them ur a man who takes care of there viewers and I appreciate that Marc

On a serious note I appreciate u making all these guides that obviously take a really long time, and I can imagine u have to restart some recordings when ur showing stuff like spawns and trip mines and then getting detected or something .-.
These have really helped me a lot in stealth and I never have attempted any without these guides.

Glad that the guides are being helpful Account, that is great to hear :) Some of these do take a lot of restarts, but I feel like it's worth it to make the guide as thorough and clear as possible.
Thank you very much for the very kind words :D
Great video! That's so much effort to get a 52 minutes cut! The painting throw reminds me a lot of nades line-ups in Counter Strike and I wish there is a jump throw bind :p.
It was probably one of the most challenging maps in the old days when there is no sixth sense, no spy cam only spotter, no preplanning, maximum 2 body bags per person, body bag asset only spawning on roof and one of the most tedious objectives... The map is also very interesting to ecm rush with all the coke bags raining down from roof. Good thing is that Ovk improved stealth level design a lot afterwards and often places alternative routes in stealth maps to avoid trapping and waiting ... well.. that is until they did Scarface Mansion...
Hey bruce! I tried my best to cut out or speed up the repetitive or unnecessary bits, so hopefully it was fine!
I didn't think of that, but it definitely feels very similar to setting up those nades back in the day :p
It's definitely much harder with no skills or limited knowledge, and I believe that's part of the reason why this one is so well-known, and often considered "THE stealth heist".
The worst part of the map layout is that sometimes you're forced to just wait, when a guard is very close to the bookshelf that you need to move. That's why, as you say, this heist is so much fun to ECM rush! You get to experience the whole heist, without having to wait for any guards to get out of the way :D
So glad I got here early so I can enjoy this video and have some tips! I've stayed away from framing frame for a few months, because I can never complete day 3. This video will be great for me! I'd like if your next stealth tips video is big bank.
Thank you Katz! Hopefully the video will provide some useful tips and information to make the heist very easy :) Good luck in your attempts!
I'll do a Big Bank video in the future, for sure! Although I'll start by covering a shorter heist, because this one took very long to make!

That's very good to hear, thank you! Trip mines are indeed very powerful, especially in big maps like this one.
Good to hear that the guide helped -- you're absolutely welcome! :D
Took me an hour and some minutes but I managed to do it thanks to your guide. Once again the best stealth guides on YT.
That's absolutely great to hear Bean! Glad the guide helped, and congrats on your completion :)
When this game first dropped, framing frame was my absolute favorite heist as it was fairly simple and tons of fun, then when they overhauled the entire thing adding respawning guards and a dude who patrols the entire level for like 20 minutes, I stopped playing the heist for years as I felt the fun of it was now ruined and was simply tedious and annoying. Years later I’ve decided to come back to this one and go through everything bit by bit, thanks for the breakdown, you clearly put a lot of effort into this video.
Hey WATAKRO! I also really liked the old "domination-style stealth", but I personally really liked the revamp: leaving some heists that still could be fully dominated, others where it was impossible, and a bunch of in-betweens.
Happy to hear that my guide is helping you with your return :) Best of luck with your heisting, and if you ever have any questions, never hesitate to ask in the comments!
I can't wait till there's a Scarface Mansion Stealth Guide, honestly most likely my favourite Stealth Hiest in the game.
Hey BloodReaperZ! In the near future, I'm goign to make a Scarface Mansion full guide, yes! For now I'm working on Big Bank, but Scarface will also be done with high priority! :D
Of course another video from the best stealth guide to make my day:)
Thank you Mrchains, glad you liked this one too! Much appreciated :)
Thanks man for the awesome tips great video!!!
Thank you Hi! Glad the tips helped, and glad you liked the video! :)
Framing frame on 100% power: day 1, day 2, day 3.
Framing frame on 99% power: day 3
Haha indeed, it's essentially all DAY3 -- that's why Art Gallery is often a bad heist to play, but Framing Frame is great and really really fun :p
it made me anxious when he left those mines on explosive mode to do the top one.
Haha understandable! That's one of the few things you never wanna see during stealth :p
tried throwing the paintings through that narrow window man i took me like 7 tries just to get one through you make it look easy
Watching this before bed. I’ll be sure to try it tomorrow! Thanks!
You're welcome FaDon! Good night, and good luck in your attempts tomorrow! :)
"Ambush chance 76% escaping after 50+ seconds day 1, .1% for all other scenarios." I wish I was recording but I got that .1 on one of my stealth runs. It was certainly a shocker at the time. Ps: I'm glad to see someone else call the extra guard that spawns on these heists an inspector. I've gotten some confused replies from people when I refer to him as that ingame.
Hey Lucas! Definitely very unexpected, and it makes you wonder if you did something wrong during the previous day... It's also a bit weird that they added a random chance for a negative event! I would rather have 1% chance of money bags being gold instead :p
Glad you like the "inspector" term too! It definitely seems very fitting to me, because he spawns for a while to inspect the whole place, and then leaves after he's done. It should be more common! :D
yeah now that .1% is interesting to see... but in the old days framing frame was a PRO job and PRO jobs if you fucked up in the day 3 and restart you have to the all heist again from day 1,so if that event happens to you in a pro job...oh boy... in my case in the good old days payday desync was almost imposible to play mp stealth missions but i work around that... only the host using a stealth build the rest loud builds and wait the fuck up, if the host doesnt fuck up the stealth "ok nice" but if he made a mistake "ok boiis time to clean this mess we can't afford a restart so let's go loud"
@@KiraRiseAgainst Ah yes, I remember that! Back in the days of PRO Jobs, there were some crews that would have 1 or 2 players using stealth loadouts, and the rest waiting at spawn (with loud loadouts). Especially for 3-day jobs!
It was an interesting mechanic, especially with the increased rewards for pulling it off :p
Happened to me on the 360, it was a pro job. I was so surprised, was a 9 painting run too. I was none too pleased.
Oh boy, i’m never gonna be able to do this. Time for guns and grenades!
Haha, loud is cool too, but I definitely recommend stealthing it! It's really fun I promise :p
I completed this heist a lot of times and wouldn't thought this many info could be there you puttin lots of effort in your videos and i hope payday will be relevant one day and you can get lots of subs and views
Hey Mülo! I definitely tried to make it as complete as possible, so I'm glad that even experienced players were able to see some tiny things that they weren't expecting!
Glad you liked the video, and thank you for your kind words! :)
Oh god what a big and nice video. Keep it up mate. I would like to see more of your content.
Hey there Mike! Longest video I've ever uploaded, yes! Hope you enjoyed it, and thank you for watching :)
I'll definitely do my best to keep it up, so I'm glad you're looking forward to future content! :D
Hey, could you do a video like this on shadow raid. I've been trying to find some sort of stealth guide on it but the only ones I can find are from years ago and I know the game has changed a lot since then. Not to mention those stealth guides don't go into all of the details like yours do.
Absolutely, Mooey! I'm currently working on this type of guide, for The Big Bank. After that, I'll probably do Shadow Raid! Hopefully the guide will help you, when it comes out :)
Actually, there's a glitch way to complete day 3 easily but it is time-consuming. After killing 4 guards and then wait for a guard leave, you can place a noisy drill to a door. After that, a guard will be baited by the drill noise. When he is walking toward the noisy drill, you can use ECM or keycard to open the door. Then, the guard will not move anymore.
Hey TIK YI Chan! You are correct -- in fact, that loud drill glitch applies to any heist in the game, which is very nice! I showcased that kind of strategy a few months ago in my Train Heist guide, so I wanted to do this one in a more "conventional" way. I may upload a future video covering the drill approach though!
@@Marcmb Here is the demonstration that I recorded today. (ruclips.net/video/jdubawG2Fk8/видео.html )
Since there may be a camera that can spot the drill, Perk(Hacker), and Skill(Nimble Basic) are highly recommended. The ECM Pocket from Hacker can temporarily prevent the camera from spotting the bag and the drill so that you have time to loop the camera.
Although all guards are not moving anymore, it takes me about 10 mins to place the coke and move the gold to the zip line. Therefore, it is still a time-consuming heist even you use the glitch to make it much much more easier.
@@tikyichan6630 Very good and clear demonstration, TIK YI! The video quality is also very nice, which I liked :p
Here's my own take on the drill trick, used for Train Heist! :D ruclips.net/video/m_UzOo_bi0c/видео.html
I haven't used it enough on Framing Frame, so I never knew there could be a camera in the way. Also, in case you forgot or didn't notice, your bots aren't using the "Quick" boost, so your camera looping (and all other interactions) could be four times faster if you equipped that Crew bonus to your bots!
Super handy and detailed vid, cheers mate 👍👍
Thank you jack, glad you enjoyed the video, and good to know it's helpful! :)
you are a saint of this community
Thank you very much meat!
i've been payday since the ps3 release and I never knew about throwing the paintings through the mini roof windows! amazing video ❤
I am not sure, If I missed it but the thing that stresses me out the most in day 1 was not mentioned.
What to do with a dead guard if you dont have the cams room nex to you?
For example: Lasers at Hall C to D and Cams Room Entrance in Hall E. Now I need to kill a guard in Hall C cause I got detected. I bag him and now what? There are no save spots for Body Bags as much as I know. Do I really have to bring him all the way out the building through Hall B and A? Or is there a better way?
Hey Mecis! Very good point, you're right that I should've pointed that out in the video. I generally avoid killing guards while I'm far from the Security room: that's why I purposely kill two guards when I'm right in front of it. By killing a couple of guards on purpose, I also lower the chance of one guard spotting me in the future, which solves part of the problem.
To compliment this strategy, you could also start by checking where the Security room is, and entering that hall first.
Alternatively, you can hide the body bag behind various objects (e.g., behind a bench, or in a corner mostly covered by the big central statue if it has spawned...), which is not a perfect hiding spot, but it will get you enough time to get most paintings out. This can be combined with an ECM rush at the end if the body bag is spotted, considering you have 72s of ECMs + 25s to escape after alarm.
A masterpiece of a guide! But what's with the "old wine" in the end, that you wouldn't zip line up?
Thanks a lot Elcid, much appreciated!
Nice that you caught that little detail at the end, it was mainly a small easter egg for heisters paying attention to details that late into the video haha :p The thing about the "old wine" is that, if you need to complete the side job, you should definitely secure it using the zipline. But if you already have the side job completed, then you can carry it to the escape, for a bit of extra money! :D
@@Marcmb when i saw it, i thought "ah ofc, some old wine is not airborne - did i ever hear a smashing sound?..." haha
erm, answer to the post from u to Elcid Barrett :\
@@ralvsenar8563 Haha good point, that's not something that you would usually secure via zipline :p
Great video dude, excellent job
Thanks a lot Arthur! Glad you liked it, much appreciated :)
thx for the tips man, without ur videos i wouldnt know how to do any of the stealth heists i do now. Seriously thanks man :D
Awesome! You're absolutely welcome, AcTive! Happy to hear the videos are helping. Hopefully you're enjoying the stealth heists :)
Do you know roughly how long the inspector stays on day 1 or does he have an audio queue when he leaves also? I assume it probably varies on the checkpoints he checks? I didn't know he only checked 3 points before.
Good question, Duckrilla! I've never stuck around long enough to find out, because the heist is quite short and can often be ECM rushed when he arrives.
It can be very random depending on the locations that he checks, but if you're close to him, he definitely has a specific voiceline which you can hear, right before he leaves!
before watching this guide: finished framing frame in very hard within 1 hour
after watching this guide: finished framing frame in deathwish within 14 minutes or less
Hey there T0X1C, glad this guide helped! Good to hear it has lowered the time by that much haha, thank you :)
That's what I call a guide.
I've played 3000 hours, and I can complete Framing Frame with my eyes closed, but I learned a lot from this video anyway.
You got yourself a new sub!
Thanks a lot for the very kind comment, Un cordobés sin intro! I'm glad I was able to teach some new things to an experienced veteran, and very glad that you enjoyed the video!
Thank you for watching, and for considering subscribing! :)
24:36 dude i was eating while watching and exploded laughing at that, thanks for the laughs and the amazing payday content!
Hahahaha glad you liked that Coco! It's a recurring theme here that I can just barely aim, so that ends up happening on a lot of heists :D
when ever i play day 1 i fill up the places with trip mines, i got sorprised when you only put 5 :v
Hey Rodrigo! Nothing wrong with placing all of them, of course! It will make it more likely for guards to be permanently marked, so it's a good thing!
Personally, I go through the entire heist quite quickly, so I don't spend a lot of time placing the trip mines -- I mainly just place the essential ones to loot safely, and then one at the entrace to each hall when I move on to the next hall :)
For heists that always take a long time however, I definitely make sure to use all 14, in the best way possible! On DAY3, for example!
@@Marcmb you have amazing content, what heist are you doing next?
@@Borf1987 Glad you're liking the content, I appreciate it a lot!
The next one is still undecided! But while working on the next full stealth guide, I'm thinking about making a guide about "Pager juggling". Similar to the "ECM rushing 101" video I did a while ago, because I really enjoy covering some basic useful aspects in detail!
I still can’t throw the paintings out the window
Hey Ahmad! I didn't mention it in the video, but make sure you have the Transporter BASIC skill -- these kinds of advanced throws all rely on the increased throw distance!
One of your best videos:). One of the best heists ever
Thanks juan! Glad you liked this video. It's one of my more thorough ones, and it was really fun to make :D
@@Marcmb Hope you enjoy PD_2 as much as i enjoy your videos:)
@@juannicastro8598 For sure! PAYDAY2 is easily my favorite game of all time :)
@@Marcmb, It's a nice game to pass the time, the only thing i don't enjoy is Golden Grin Casino and Big Bank, specially GGC. But above all:Big Oil-Day 2 and Framing Frame:Day 3
Me : "just 3 guard, bedroom is safe, nothing will go wrong"
*3 remaining guard decided to walk together to the bedroom with 1 seeing the open bookshelf and trigger a chain reaction*
anyways, thanks for the guide, piano spawn really made me run around the map several times lmao
Glad the guide helped zaniva! Hopefully you were able to get revenge on the heist, after that chain reaction :p
7 years and they still haven't fixed gold dialog...
Oops, response disappeared, let me reword it: still broken today, yup...
Awesome, tyvm. The inspector on day 1 also takes about 6-7 minutes to vanish. Thats the time i do chores, like laundry XD
Glad the guide was useful, Ralvsen! And thanks for the information regarding DAY1's inspector -- I usually ignore him, so I've never waited long enough to see how long he'll stay!
holy shit i suck at stealth, thank You for making everything easier with this series dude, You're the man!
Hey Definitely A Human! Happy to hear that these guides are helping, thank you!! :D
@@Marcmb seriously man, stellar job, will there ever be a guide for Shadow Raid?
@@luridus584 Thank you! Shadow Raid very soon, yup! Although I'm working on Big Bank first, which will be uploaded this next weekend :)
For some reason, I could never stealth day 3 on DSOD so I just went loud. I will give this another shot. Thanks Marc!
You're absolutely welcome, and good luck with your attempts, Payday 2 Walkthroughs! The "strategy A" combined with the trip mine placements is usually impossible to fail, and after some practice, you can go for "strategy B" to make it even faster! :)
When I Saw How Long Is The Video I Thought I'll Just Watch Day One But The Video Was Awesome And I Watch It All. It's Sad To See Low Subs I Wish You Get What You Deserve :)

I liked to stealth the old Xbox 360 payday because of the electrical boxes and I'm so glad that there are now equipment/perks that deal with the guards
Indeed! Lots of things have changed since the old Xbox 360 days. Nowadays it's a lot easier to deal with guards, and cameras: you have many more tools at your disposal, which is great!
