All is possible, but I need to point out, as we say several times in all the video's and in the text underneath, these are all average prices, based on highest and lowest prices. Around $300 could be possible, but it doesn't mean that the majority of houses in Bangkok are around $300. Weird, that 'average' is so misunderstood. As if we are pretending, rent starts at $700. Besides, numbers are based on official statistics, not by putting our thumb in the air and guess a number. There's a difference between personal experience and statistics.
You can get a really nice condo in bangkok with pool facilities for about 200 at the low end. If you're a single guy, it's perfect. 747$ would probably be if you have a family.
@@CostOfLivinginTheWorld have you looked into houseing apps for bangkok? I'm sure you'll find many great places for 300-400$ range. Many condos in bangkok also have pools as well.
That's not up to us to look that up for you. ☺️ We can advice you to look that up in others specific channels. I can advice you to look up the YT channel from youtube.com/@PaddyDoyle he was a teacher working in Thailand. He might be able to answer that question. ❤️
Thanks for the post, far too high (comparing to Turkey where we live currently (lived in Netherlands, UK, Luxembourg and Hungary). As per your post no way in Thailand (Bangkok)

Interesting to hear. We put Turkey on one of the next countries for cost of living. 😉
