Based on the whole video online the cops were asking students questions about a whole nother incident that like happened on another day... I guess maybe the girls weren't giving him the answers he wanted... But it shows you that he probably should not have been questioning them in the first place because the principal intervened. .... I think in Most states there is a law that you can't question a child without their adult or Guardian present so... Maybe he was trying to get information out of them without there being any adults around.

It's very important that the young lady's family file a complaint and also obtain a police report once they have the police report on it will be some ( in California they call it the C. A. D. Report) so they can obtain all correspondence between between police and dispatch dispatch. Not only should you be suing the police department but also the city and state and then when you're finished you can sue the police officer as individual in civil court put a lien on his property put a lien on his check that he receives from the police department

It was easy for him to treat those girls like that because that's how he treats the women in his own house. Habits aren't easily broken no matter where you are or what situation you're in. If you are used to treating women a certain way that how you're going to treat all women you come in contact with. You will be surprised as to how many male police officers beat their wives and have actually had domestic abuse charges.

Very well said!! As a long time resident of the City of Orange, NJ. I have for sure seen change in the town and not always for the better. This incident was handled very poorly by police and as you can see escalated quickly. Thank goodness for Mr. A, a well respected and liked by the students administrator!! Maybe if they had more positive things for the students after school this may not take place. Also they should not be so quick to think that these kids need to handled that way. As a graduate of OHS (over 20 yrs, ago) I am appalled at this, but as with anything else in the town it will get swept away unless folks stay on it!! Lastly kudos to the fellow students whom walked out in protest of the unjust treatment or their fellow student and administrator.

If you aren’t trained properly to take someone down without injuring them, or you need to shoot them because you cant handle your emotions and pressure, or don’t have social skills, you shouldn’t become a cop.
