As great as Yoyoka is at covering other drummers when it comes to Bonham she is flat out spooky great. What a joy to witness.
its just occurred to me that many of us have essentially watched yoyoka grow up on you tube.
Ok... We're all impressed with the quality of her playing. No arguments.
But, first things first, miracle-wise... Can we pause and marvel for a moment at the quality of her *taste* in music. There are American college graduates who couldn't name this song, or the band which recorded it. She's been playing stuff like this for years already.... And she's *12* !!!
One word: Parents.

I find it uterly amazing that this girl hits so hard, smiles constantly while she is having the time of her life. Staying so relaxed and in the pocket all the time. Absolutely nails it!!!

My admiration for Led Zeppelin has gone up about 100 points since listening to Yoyoka.
-100 points for me. This has a good base beat and Fool in the Rain has that nice samba segment but as a whole both are such dull songs.
Not only in the groove, but making it look easy. Having fun and that smile is killer.
This is the first time that I've ever seen someone truly nail the feel and groove of this song. Wow. Just wow.
While we all waited for more Yoyoka, it now appears that the levee has broken.
Considering she's playing in California right ow, it's a pretty ironic song.
Yoyoka always makes me smile. The joy she exhibits while playing is infectious. To truly enjoy doing something you're good at is a blessing.
I still wish she'd do Alice Cooper's "Billion Dollar Babies".
To me that's a song where the drums take the lead, and everyone follows along.

A true master at thirteen. Snare sound is pretty close, and as usual she completely nails it performance-wise. With this and Achilles Last Stand, she’s the best tribute to Bonham alive today.

I first saw you play Good Times Bad Times on NPR's Hit Like A Girl article a few years back. Its been a blast to watch your journey!
Another one bites the dust. This drummer does it all to perfection while show boating her own style. Greatest living drummer alive under age 30. The best part of watching her get better as she grows is she just gets better with every year!

I have heard the the original was recorded in a stairwell at an old mansion. Her drums sound just great. So thank you 2x for Mr. Akifumi and for Yoyoka for giving us such a treat. You nailed the sound! Because I always get chills when I hear the original version.
I've been waiting for Yoyo to do this one since I caught on 4-5 years back. Surprised she waited this long and thinking maybe she just hasn't heard it? Nah...so here it is and it lives up to the wait. Just so amazing - the original production and Yoyo pounding the legendary drum part like it's been living inside of her all these years. Cathartic moments for me listening and watching. I was so truly blown away by both her musicianship as f'ing always, and by the maturity she displayed in her showmanship. This one goes on the shortest list of the Yoyoka videos that I will play repeatedly. And the song -OMG! My definition of a true classic song is one that never gets old - play it forever and we all just keep going with it.

Beautiful tone and I think it was respectful of you to se the drums as Bonham did. Great emotion and energy throughout. In my humble opinion, no one can emulate the late, great John Bonham as accurately and with as much emotion as Yoyoka. Beautifully done little lady!!!!
