Thank you for these videos. You are very concise and make this material more accessible than most teachers. I would like to point out that ATP is actually useless in the cell without a magnesium attached. Mg-ATP is the TRUE energy currency of the cell. Not many people know this-- it is concealed through the misleading naming of the molecule. Search "magnesium in biology wikipedia" to validate this is true. It is taught for about 15 seconds in biochemistry, BUT NOT MEDICAL SCHOOL. Drug Muggers is an excellent book that 3xooses how many drugs deplete magnesium from the body. NPK fertilizer has little or no magnesium. Glyphisate fertilizer chelated magnesium so plants can't uptake it.
No wonder fatigue (a lack of Mg-ATP) is the #1 complaint to doctors, and they are clueless as to the ROOT CAUSE. Ceruloplasmin-boujd copper is also a key nutrient with incredible value that is concealed from public knowledge. Every oxidase enzyme in your body is depends on this enzyme, which is the most complex enzyme in the human body with 1046 amino acids and up to 8 copper atoms.

It would be VERY interesting if you could describe the process that occurs when a fat has already been oxidized prior to making it to the mitochondria membrane. Also, the metabolic path followed by rancid and denatured fats would be VERY interesting, too.
