- If you love lemons like I do, you're going to love my Lemon Tart recipe! This is one of my favorite dessert. It's made with a buttery tart shell and filled with a super fresh lemon curd, rich and silky.

撻皮材料:
無鹽牛油/奶油 (軟化) 85 克
糖粉 60 克
雞蛋 32 克
雲呢拿香油/香草精 5 克
鹽 2 克
中筋麵粉 175 克
檸檬餡材料:
白砂糖 112 克
檸檬皮 6 克
雞蛋 100 克
檸檬汁 86 克
無鹽牛油/奶油 130 克 (室溫,切成小塊)
青檸皮,用於裝飾
Ingredients for the tart shells:
85 grams unsalted butter, softened
60 grams powdered sugar
32 grams whisked egg
5 grams vanilla extract
2 grams salt
175 grams all-purpose flour
Ingredients for the lemon curd:
112 grams granulated sugar
6 grams finely grated lemon zest
100 grams eggs (2 large eggs)
86 grams lemon juice
130 grams unsalted butter, room temperature, cut into small chunks
Finely grated lime zest, for garnish (optional)
