  • This is Volvo's first venture in to the pure electric power train utilizing the existing XC40 platform, but does it work? In this video I'll try to answer whether this is worth the £60,000ish price tag and who it might suit. SPOILER ALERT... It's blooming fast for a Volvo!

    Apologies for the wind noise issues at the start of this video. It didn't help that I picked one of the worst days of Scottish weather of the year to get access to this car...!

    HI the On-call app works, as I have the same car and it works well, you need to pair with the admin and all the registered keys are required

      Hi there, thanks for your comment. I tend to disagree, though. I'm sure the chances of it leading to disaster are slim, but for a car maker such as Volvo (that prides itself on safety), to not have the option to access the car when you may urgently need to due to a software update seems strange to me. Hope you enjoyed the review otherwise!
