However good his interview was, it doesnt change the fact that every other option available was better.

Obviously they didn’t want to coach a team to build. They wanted to coach a team established!!

WTF is Garrioch mentioning Stutzle's facial expressions for? Yea, that's why the Sens didn't do well??? That and Stutzle's defensive play??? Spezza was a better player than the Toronto led media made him out to be when he was point a game player with Ottawa. I think Stutzle is more skilled and smarter than Jason. Yet, here's the media pointing out Stutzle's defensive play. He'll get better. He just turned 22! Stutzle has as many points or more his first 3 or 4 years than any other player who started as an 18 year old with the exception of only McDavid. Yet, Green is going to bench him because of "accountability". Try getting some size, toughness and a goalie. It's interesting how both Karlsson and Stutzle both got a reputation for diving when they first started with Ottawa. Was that the maple leaf fan club led media also?

0:11 I know you got to give the guy a chance, but this pretty much infers this was a cheep hire.

Travis Green will keep sens out of the playoffs. What a bad hire.

    Wow they hired dj 2.0

Two very different signings. DJ had provided more of an easy-going energetic vibe for his players, which is why they liked playing for him whereas Green has more of a hard-ass, holds accountability at the highest degree but fair type of coaching.

Vancouver was a mess in upper management, he never had a chance to put his mark on NJ.

@@CurtisWithoutHandles It looks that way on the surface, but he actually managed to get some pretty lackluster Canuck rosters to punch above their weight for several seasons, but of course that's not setting a very high bar so make of it what you will or won't
