TEENS cooking class in Chiang Mai, Thailand

In November 2023, Cosimo and Emma attended their second teen retreat; this time, they ventured to Thailand. During their stay in Chaing Mai, in the North of Thailand, they attended a cooking class at Mamanoi Thai Cookery School and they absolutely loved it!
First they went to the market to learn more about the local fruits and vegetables, next they went back to the school and walked through their vegetable garden, finally they started cooking!
They made:
- Thai tea
- Khao Soi curry paste
- Khao Soi
- Tom Yam soup
- Pad Thai
- Mango sticky rice

please do not call "galangal" thai ginger. In Thai cuisine, you can not substitute galangal with ginger. They are like yin-yang, hot vs cool.
