So I am guessing that a cup of bacon is a pound of bacon (prior to cooking)? Very nice video, a good amount of chit chat ,but no rambling on and on. I love that it's a 5 min video, most videos are too long. This one has great pacing. You show what needs to be shown for long enough. I hate watching someone grease a pan or mix eggs for 3 mins.
