Thank you for sharing. I enjoy hearing your perspective on covid and other topics including mental health. Some of what you say about holding your worries lightly and letting them come and go reminds me of another youtuber, Paige Pradko.
Sandra, I felt the same way about my experience with Covid back in January. My friend felt so bad that she and her husband gave me Covid, and I felt so thankful that I contracted a mild variant while I was with them, on the California coast, instead of isolated at home, where I would probably have descended into fear, hyper focused on every symptom and suffering with high anxiety 24/7. I, too, am looking forward to getting away several times in the coming months, freeing myself from the association of my home with 3 1/2 years of misery, fearful of a lonely death while gasping for air (I have lung disease, have had multiple bouts of pneumonia and bronchitis, and I'm in my mid-70's). I truly believe you and I were blessed to get Covid when we did.
Hi Sandy - welcome back & thanks for the update. I can't remember if you mentioned this in a previous video or not, but was your husband also using Enovid preventatively in Israel?
Sorry, I misspoke starting around 10 minutes in. Where I said "long covid" I actually meant to say "rebound." UGH! So sorry.

Amazing and instructive, right?
super helpful
Thanks for sharing. What about health implications of re-infections? I would personally increase precautions to prevent re-infections.
I'll have to figure it out as I go. There's no one-size-fits-all here. Be well.
