Looking forward to trying this! If it's a good as I think it will be, I'm going to bottle and give this out as Christmas presents - Thanks for the idea!
Hope you like it! The result is definitely smoother than original fireball, but a lot of that will depend on the whiskey you choose. Let me know how it turns out!
Never heard of fireball. Or its repressed college memories... wait wait Doctor McGillicudy's Fireball nah still don't admit to remembering 😝 Love your recipe idea. And as a Canadian I will not settle!
I have honestly never tried Fireball, mainly because I'm still mad that they don't make Aftershock anymore and I refuse to cheat on it with a usurper. I'm mostly joking about that but Fireball always struck me as chintzy somehow, so a homemade cinnamon spirit sounds awesome.
@@SavidgeKitchen Even if Aftershock and its icy twin Avalanche left tons of people traumatized after drinking too much of them and getting sick, NOTHING was as cool as those frosted square bottles and the crystallized sugar rocks in the bottom. xD
If that’s wrong, I don’t wanna be right… sounds like a great experiment and will probably compliment the other flavors really well. Let me know if you try it!
You can absolutely do an infusion. This recipe is for a fast version- hence the boiling in water. An infusion in alcohol takes a couple weeks to extract the flavor.
Thank you so much for sharing this recipe. Looking forward to making it for next Christmas. 👍😁

First like and comment... and Yes! I was waiting for the homemade Fireball recipe. Hope it is as good as the Amaretto recipe. Thank you!

I like your show and borderline giddy presentation. I'd like to see a Drambuie recipe. Cheers!
Drambuie is a great idea! I'll definitely add it to the list of recipes I'm working on. Cheers!

I am going to try this asap but I will use hotter chilies for the chili content. Just me of course. thanks for that
Let me know how it turns out! Enjoy! 🌶️🥃
Come to Aberdeen and hit the distillery’s you will have a great time…..
Wait till it warms up tho :)
I actually like Fireball Whiskey
I hardly ever drink fireball although I wonder how this would taste using Szechuan peppercorns
I think they’d be awesome if you enjoy that distinctive Sichuan tingle! Totally worth a try! 🥃

Oh man, I totally forgot to mention Aftershock! YES!!! You’ll probably enjoy this wayyyyy more than fireball 🥃

Would it be wrong to add butterscotch to this?😈

Why boiling the cinnamon in the water, if alcohol extracts much better than water (infusion)?

Girl...33% ABV will still knock your liver on it's well trained as$.
Boy… you have no idea the horrors my liver has seen.
