The glitch with the camera is because the game runs at more than 60fps. There's the FusionFix mod which basically fixes a lot of the bugs in the game like that along with the radio downgrader which restores og 2008 songs, albeit put the base game and the dlc songs separetely (there's an option) since vladivostok fm is completely different genre in the dlc

Play TLAD and then play TBOGT please play the DLC you'll like it

Highly recommend playing TLaD before TBoGT, the order of release makes TBoGT's ending hit way harder. IDK if it applies to the DLCs but the FusionFix mod can help fixing a lot of bugs that happen due to high FPS, no downgrade needed.

I’m so glad the way I finished the game for the first time
I randomly did it in sunset and when I was getting pegarino it was turning dark
And when the camera looked up at the statute it lit up. I thought it was part of the game and then realized it was just perfect timing 😃
