A little tip for those who aren't fans of the greek yogurt taste (cottage cheese as well) mix in a low carb (I use keto approved) flavored protein powder and blend away! Gives you a nice creamy texture, like pudding.

What is the difference between the number grams of sugar and added sugar?
Always go by the grams of sugar!
Tried these types of foods, had to go to the hospital.. Shame no-one has advice for type 1

Where boo? There is no added sugar - if you don’t like then leave out honey! It cool! Hugs!
Blueberries are ok on keto and look at the people using a cgm = continuous glucose monitor, blueberries yes contain '' the sugar of the fruits '' but it DOES NOT raise the blood sugar 😮 _ (everybody is different, you do you do but you could totally have blueberries at least, sometimes if you like them! Yes even for diabetics) _ another way to eat them is to use them as a toping for chia pudding ! (I prepare my chia pudding with diluted yoghurt and it's super fresh 👌👍 it's really good as a dessert 👍💪 low glycemic index high fiber and all 👍🔆 Best of luck in your health journey xoxo
