I've just recently came across your channel my mom makes these type of cookies that her mother gave her, her cook book and your parent's must be European. You are a good baker Thank's for all these great recipes to bad i can't cook I'll probably set my kitchen on fire haha..
Hi Margie. These cookies look so good. I never heard of these before. I love how they look like mini croissants! Great video & recipe. Tfs and sending Cali love. XOXO :)
My grandma's recipe for Pineapple Filling- 3/4 cup Sugar 2 Tbsp. Cornstarch 1 cup canned, crushed Pineapple 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice Mix sugar and cornstarch in a pot. Add pineapple and lemon juice and blend. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly . Reduce heat and cook until thickened.
Thank you Margie for the straight forward presentation. Anyone who doesn't make these cookies must have something wrong with their taste buds. The real question is: which cookie is better: these (Italian) nut horn cookies? or Moroccan Almond Cookies - Ghriyba? A question for the ages. Thanks again Margie!
I like your clear inset comments in red script. Very thoughtful of you!
