Hello everyone! Sorry for the delay on this. I have been recovering from a calf injury and couldn't jump for a couple of weeks. I hope you enjoy this new HIIT Workout! :)

Thanks so much! My calf is a work in progress. It’s actually a 5 year old injury that never healed properly! I re - injured it teaching a HIIT workout on the ground! Jumping on the rebounder is soooo much better for the body! It feels good to be bouncing again! 😊
Great job! I need help removing belly fat! Nutrition obviously but if you have any future recordings in mind please consider, men watch your videos and we got love handle belly fat probs!
Hi! Consistency creates change! If you’re wanting to lose weight, make sure you’re combining your cardio workouts with strength training! I have some great rebounder and weights combo classes. Take a look through my playlists! 😊
Amazing workout! Just for some constructive feedback would have appreciated a longer cool down as muscles felt sore afterwards..but otherwise really appreciated it thank you ❤

Hi Dee! I am so glad to hear you enjoyed the workout! I recommend buying a fitbit to track your energy expenditure. You can burn lots of calories in my rebounder workouts, but only if you are pushing down with good technique! :)
