I got married the year you were born. Ha. As always, form cues are everything. Teacher (me with ADHA and dyslexia) sets your compound moves to a four count to help it make sense in my head. However, in the videos where I am speaking live, I edit out all the breathing and put a music over top. It's a big job, but soooo worth it! I will have to check out your videos! :)

This proved to be the most intense rebounder workout I've tried so far and I look forward to checking out more of your videos. Usually, I don't expect much cardio from the rebounder but use it on my light days. I used light hand weights but would have kept up better if I hadn't!

Had back/ knee problems for 25 years from football injuries. The rebounder is the best fitness ever since my 20’s totally pain free. And this workout is perfect for me a heartbeat of 132 average with keeping up with you throughout and it does not get easier over time. Love it 💙. Keep up the good work.

Lover rebounding but haven't done it in about 10 years. Bought a rebounder this week and started your video. It's challenging and I had to do low impact for parts of it. I can't wait to build my strength and stamina. Thank you for a great rebounder workout :)

I also put a lot of thought into each workout I create! :) If you have looked through my videos, some are taught live with a headset, as some people prefer this type of instruction. Wonderful cardio/aerobic exercise (even for a 68 year old semi-fit guy from Calgary)! I've tried other Bellicon/Be Fit style videos; they work as warm ups, but your videos are the best for me to hit my cardio/aerobic zone. I may not have your balance with one legged/kicking exercises, but I try to keep up to the best of my older body ability. And, now with the nearby indoor pool closed since mid December, your videos are essential to keep in shape during COVID lockdowns. With your 30 - 45 minute videos at the centre of my daily routine, I complete just over an hour and end with some lighter weight workout. I also like the fact that you don't take unnecessary breaks, and I really appreciate how motivational and encouraging you are. Thanks.

Lover rebounding but haven't done it in about 10 years. Bought a rebounder this week and started your video. It's challenging and I had to do low impact for parts of it. I can't wait to build my strength and stamina. Thank you for a great rebounder workout :)

I also put a lot of thought into each workout I create! :) If you have looked through my videos, some are taught live with a headset, as some people prefer this type of instruction. In those classes, I also try and focus on the music and instruction, rather than chatting too much! Thank you so much for the lovely feedback! :) I think my editing has improved since this video!

Wonderful cardio/aerobic exercise (even for a 68 year old semi-fit guy from Calgary)! I've tried other Bellicon/Be Fit style videos; they work as warm ups, but your videos are the best for me to hit my cardio/aerobic zone. I may not have your balance with one legged/kicking exercises, but I try to keep up to the best of my older body ability. And, now with the nearby indoor pool closed since mid December, your videos are essential to keep in shape during COVID lockdowns. With your 30 - 45 minute videos at the centre of my daily routine, I complete just over an hour and end with some lighter weight workout. I also like the fact that you don't take unnecessary breaks, and I really appreciate how motivational and encouraging you are. Thanks.

When I used to teach in person trampoline classes, I saw so many beginners struggle for the first while, but with practice their balance and coordination improved!
