As a psychiatric nurse practitioner, your mental health comment was so true and there much quality research to give evidence-based recommendations for exercise to improve or maintain positive mood, improve anxiety (particularly interval exercise), improve sleep, lower the risk for Alsheimer's (more so than even learning new things but important as well) and improve focus/attention. Exercise helps the brain produce brain-derived neurotrophic factor which improves brain function. thanks again. I am so grateful for your workouts.

I really liked this! I comment on every video I do and thought I had done all your cardio videos but I missed this somehow! Great bounce for when I’m not feeling like going all out but still want a good 30 min bounce 🤩
Today’s workout/sweat fest. Love the cardio challenge, the arm movements are modifiable to fall within my PT approved moves. Rebounding is a sanity saver and the number one reason I control high cholesterol with fitness and nutrition. The results from my blood work on Friday is my proof. Over the moon thrilled, thank you for your help with this!!! 🤗💗🤩

Great workout and beautiful location! I had an ankle injury recently and this was perfect because it was challenging but more grounded than the advanced ones. In the 3rd move, do you flex both feet or just the one in front? I somehow find it hard to flex both feet.
Hi Rosa! Awesome! I am glad you enjoyed the class! Yes, I was just flexing my front foot. The standing foot is grounded with the weight slightly back in the heel.
