So what is target weightloss calories you mentioned in one video you told one formula - weight in kg multiply by 20 what is this ?
If you are 10+ kgs overweight , then a good start point can be weight*20 calories …
Else you can calculate your TDEE using “MHB Calculator” and keep a calorific deficit for 300-500 calories ..
For example- if your TDEE is 2000, you start with 1600 calories per day.
