    Plz share a 1000/1200 calorie vegetarian weekly diet plan with calories which could be easy for us to choose what should we eat & how to loose weight .
    I am on intermittent fasting 8/16 from months & in 8hrs window I can hardly eat & the result I don't loose weight at all . Do you think my problem would be by not adding raw salads & a plate of fruits in my diet bcoz though if I add that I don't loose at all .... have tried that too

    So what is target weightloss calories you mentioned in one video you told one formula - weight in kg multiply by 20 what is this ?

      If you are 10+ kgs overweight , then a good start point can be weight*20 calories …
      Else you can calculate your TDEE using “MHB Calculator” and keep a calorific deficit for 300-500 calories ..
      For example- if your TDEE is 2000, you start with 1600 calories per day.
