Here are some actions I took that helped me control my hair fall:
1- I had a blood test to check for any vitamin deficiencies.
2- I switched to shampoo products that do not contain SLS, as it can dry out the scalp.
3- Twice a week, I applied hair oil before going to bed and washed it off the following morning.
4- I made sure to consume enough protein in my diet.
5- I prioritized getting adequate sleep.

Tried few methods, oils but nothing worked
Last week I tried this fenugreek seed and hibiscus flowers but also I added some curry leaves to that and small onions

When you a have severe hair fall issue it cannot be stopped completely or it might take a while but it has to be controlled or you might end up bald thats the fear I had
Tbh my hair fall has been controlled and hair is now taking the time to grow the hair back

I would simply take the egg yolk and put it on my head and leave it there for about an hour before washing it out. Hope this helps.

I am going through a severe hairfall for the past one year. I have a long and thick healthy hair. But now, My hair became half the volume and length. I had a severe stress and almost inactive days throughout 2 to 3 months. Eventually a poor diet had also came across.. my scalp became so dry and dandruff is everywhere.. i visited several hospitals but of no use.. at last when i checked my blood, i found that i have high allergy levels in blood which is 500+. My hair is falling from root. I cant even dare to comb now adays. Showering my hair is like a very big challenge in my life. Iam very tired of seeing big balls of hair drooping out and iam very scared whether i will get bald or not. Does anyone have such an experience? I am confused whether the fallen hairs will regrow back or not. Or else i am gonna prepare my mind to face the adverse condition.

I m facing a similar problem too.... but cause started when I stopped using vedix products....earlier I was using only Panteen for 25yrs...I fell sick during the pandemic and suddenly I found to many hair just leaving the scalp...so I went a head n purchased vedix products...shocking I had to face severe health problems using the oil n serum within a week like boils from head to toe n severe urinary infection that i had get hospitalised for 2days ....I raised the complain them and they asked me to stop even refunded me but continued to use the shampoo for 1 and 1/2 yrs as I noticed some good growth in the hair while the falling was minimal....my hair grew thick n long...6months ago I realised severe congestion in chest....when diagnosed found cysts in the lungs and every morning used to remove blood plenum....so the doctors advised to stop using the shampoo immediately....then the real issue started...hair tangles and major hair fall...its like all that hair grew over the last 2 years is dropping off....doctors have put on medicine but no results...now its looks similar to rats tail😢😢....i had tried what the remedies the doctor has mentioned in this video i immediately catch cold n fall sick....beging a vegetarian i eat very healthy food n fruit....periods ate regular and no any other health issues...still no idea what's wrong...??

Sometimes not washing your hair properly also makes a very big difference, some simple tips: firstly wet your hair completely, taking smaller portion of shampoo and massage the whole scalp in circular motion using fingertips (not fingernails), using a conditioner on the ends also nourishes the hair.
