It’s sad. I got into the series back in April of 2014. I was 17. A classmate of mine showed me some clips and it looked interesting. Then I see the toonami trailer and it peaked my interest. Then I watched a video called top 5 saddest anime deaths and Eren’s mom was the first one to start the video. I hopped on Netflix and the first episode got me hooked. After that I watched the first season and finished it in May of 2014. But after that I read the manga and watched the chibi and ova stuff. The anime made my summer of 2014 so great. And it also was one of the two animes that got me through my senior year of high school. It was so popular back in 2014 but started to lose that spark in 2015 and was kept alive through video games and the live action movies as well as abridged series. But 2017 released the second season and it came back with a colossal blast. Then after that we would get a new season every year divided into parts so that way it would still be popular. But not after 10 years the series can rest. I’m sad to see it go but like a wiseman once said “all good things must come to an end”. Farewell Attack on Titan.

It was in front of our eyes, people who chose to not see that they’re the core of the story alongside Armin are probably the only ones disappointed by the ending right now. The first chapter started with Eren and Mikasa, it makes the most sense for it to end with the both of them even in a tragic way. Their quote after all is the world is cruel yet beautiful and if that doesn’t embody their tragic relationship I don’t know what does.
So you're telling me this was not a story about harsh racism and differences between two sides but a goddamn love story instead even though the love between the two characters was never shown explicitly What a joke in reality dude i was the only fool to believe an anime can offer the quality of breaking bad and got
@@creepymaster9584 it was about both. Aot has never been on a single topic. Eren and Zeke were treated as two different ideas. But in the end, the titan curse had to be ended as well. You can't say it turned into a love story just for this reason. It was there from the very beginning. You are so far away from the story and the characters that you don't understand anything.

I came back again because the last ed reminded me a lot of the first ed. Isayama is a literal genius for being able to connect everything together so smoothly
English translation : Your dream is where your heart is It’s something more fragile than life itself No matter how many times you throw it away, you still find it So rest in peace now Your wish is violated by your pulsing urge and as much as you forget about it, you recall it again In this beautiful and cruel world We only ask “why” we’re still alive… Ah, what are we going to protect with our strength and weakness? If reason no longer exists That sky looks sad Ashes and mirages rise up You freeze in warm words So rest in secret now Your grief is hidden by fantasies sticking to you and as much as it tears apart, it joins back together again In this beautiful and cruel world We only beg for death to “wait”… Ah, we’re flightless weathercocks We don’t know if the truth is more beautiful than lies or not If we are songs Then we’ll raise the flags to that wind and just send hope to someone without hesitation, if only… In this beautiful and cruel world We only ask “why” we’re still alive… Ah, what are we going to protect with our strength and weakness? If reason no longer exists
Now looking at this , i see the foreshadowing. Mikasa running alone holding a knife, her scarf then gets removed -- liberating her. Then the bird (eren) flying away, mikasa sadly looking at it. Then mikasa cherish memory of small and teen eren, then there is a shooting star , depicting the death of eren ..
Step 1 : read chapter 138 Step 2 : come to this ed and cry Step 3 : read chapter 139 , and realize that it was all real . Step 4 : come to this ed again and cry even more. This is how you get into depression.
The foreshadowing is insane in this song. Birds represent freedom for Eren. Mikasa's scarf flying away represents her character arc, she had to do what she would never have dreamt of doing, and freed herself.
@@mehdimoueddene7642 it’s not. One of the tragic ironies of AoT is that Eren, the one who desires freedom the most, is the least free. And one of the things he’s a slave to is his own twisted, childish concept of freedom
@@ATM-du2gx Of course he's a slave to his concept of Freedom, that's the Paradox, John, you see ? But in no way Mikasa freed him by killing him, if you think that Freedom can be achieved in death, then you weren't paying attention at what Eren said to Zeke in Chapter 121
Just as Eren saw the future with the Attack Titan and yet was so blinded by the present, it was also us as viewers who followed the entire series and were only focused on what was going to happen next, even though the most important things were right in front of us.

The first chapter started with Eren and Mikasa, it makes the most sense for it to end with the both of them even in a tragic way. Their quote after all is the world is cruel yet beautiful and if that doesn’t embody their tragic relationship I don’t know what does.
😭😭😭

I'm referring to your name
So you're telling me this was not a story about harsh racism and differences between two sides but a goddamn love story instead even though the love between the two characters was never shown explicitly
What a joke in reality dude i was the only fool to believe an anime can offer the quality of breaking bad and got
@@blurryy6423 yeah right buddy
Funny how every single guy who likes the ending just comes to the same goddamn conclusion

they both deserved so much better . such a bittersweet ending :(
Everyone come here after ending 7 ?
Who's here after seeing Final Season Part 2's ending song?

THIS PARALLEL’S AOT FINAL SEASON PT2 OUTRO (eren’s pov)
Who is here after
-
'the world is cruel but i still love you'
English translation :
Your dream is where your heart is
It’s something more fragile than life itself
No matter how many times you throw it away, you still find it
So rest in peace now
Your wish is violated by your pulsing urge
and as much as you forget about it, you recall it again
In this beautiful and cruel world
We only ask “why” we’re still alive…
Ah, what are we going to protect
with our strength and weakness? If reason
no longer exists
That sky looks sad
Ashes and mirages rise up
You freeze in warm words
So rest in secret now
Your grief is hidden by fantasies sticking to you
and as much as it tears apart, it joins back together again
In this beautiful and cruel world
We only beg for death to “wait”…
Ah, we’re flightless weathercocks
We don’t know if the truth
is more beautiful than lies or not
If we are songs
Then we’ll raise the flags to that wind
and just send hope to someone
without hesitation, if only…
In this beautiful and cruel world
We only ask “why” we’re still alive…
Ah, what are we going to protect
with our strength and weakness? If reason
no longer exists
Damn... didn't notice that this ending would be so similiar and parellel with the new one..
BROO😢
now this song is hitting different
the fact that the final outro is eren's response to this..
This is the biggest foreshadowing of the whole show. 🙂
Ikr 🙂🙂
Right in s1 e1
Gosh I’m jealous of the studio animating it
They knew the ending from the start lol

Coming back after watching final chapters sp 2 😢
Beautiful! Shows how both Mikasa and Eren have grown
The s4 and this ending parallel so much it’s crazy isayama you absolute genius
Step 1 : read chapter 138
Step 2 : come to this ed and cry
Step 3 : read chapter 139 , and realize that it was all real .
Step 4 : come to this ed again and cry even more.
This is how you get into depression.

Amo mikasan ❤️😍❤️❤️❤️😍😍😍😍😍❤️
The foreshadowing is insane in this song.
Birds represent freedom for Eren.
Mikasa's scarf flying away represents her character arc, she had to do what she would never have dreamt of doing, and freed herself.
Mikasa is not truly free actually. She has to live without Eren, the only man she will ever love.
Actually in the end, Mikasa had to set Eren free (which also set Ymir free). Ironic
@@ATM-du2gx Bullshit
@@mehdimoueddene7642 it’s not. One of the tragic ironies of AoT is that Eren, the one who desires freedom the most, is the least free. And one of the things he’s a slave to is his own twisted, childish concept of freedom
@@ATM-du2gx Of course he's a slave to his concept of Freedom, that's the Paradox, John, you see ? But in no way Mikasa freed him by killing him, if you think that Freedom can be achieved in death, then you weren't paying attention at what Eren said to Zeke in Chapter 121

فعلاً والله ما كنا حاسين بقيمتها
Just as Eren saw the future with the Attack Titan and yet was so blinded by the present, it was also us as viewers who followed the entire series and were only focused on what was going to happen next, even though the most important things were right in front of us.
Deep but truer words have never been spoken 💯

:(
yep...
To the man he who sought freedom, goodbye.
imagine skipping this masterpiece
The way the credits sequence opens up is stunning; It's a parallel of the world of attack on titan. Humanity is surrounded by oppressive walls, it's a truly desperate and confined world of suffering and anxiety. With the intro to the credits, it's as if we've just looked upwards into this tranquil vastness of the sky and space, truly an escape from a life surrounded by a cage into a place that's endless, calm, and freeing
That's a beautiful way of seeing it, man. Kudos.
