Amen! I was diagnosed with severe PTSD and anxiety 10 years ago from sexual abuse as a child and teen. I was told i would never come off medications by the doctor but JESUS healed me and today i am completely off medications and have forgiven the people the hurt me. It was through practical life tools, community and most of all the power and presence of God that I am here today. If you are reading this, you are not alone, you can heal and thrive! I am just you severe ptsd anxiety sexual and psychological abuse for my whole 41 years . Four psych wards later I’m fighting to be forgiven and accepted I wish more ppl would learn forgiveness the journey is hard but Jesus saved me from the psych wards and medications of hell . I almost died and gave up a month ago . Jesus kept me alive and finding ppl and videos like this will help me strive and get off the medications . The guilt and anxiety and loneliness will not overcome me . Thank you for your inspirational comment

Dear sweet child of God, you are feeling condemnation from the devil, not from God. God has chosen to forget your sin. Look ahead and keep your eyes on Jesus. When you repented, that sin was erased. No more looking back. God is for you! And the devil hates that. But, we are appreciative of forgiveness and do our best not to sin. We still mess up occasionally, but the blood of Jesus cleanses us when we repent and move forward. God bless you! ❤

A Marine buddy (Craig Rochon) who is well grounded in the word of God once told me that if you dwell on your past, you are negating the Lord‘s Salvation and Forgiveness of your sins. By constantly revisiting your past, you are lending credence to the devil. Let your past go and know that you are forgiven and move forward.
Not staying stuck in the past. Moving forward. Meeting new people. Having somewhat of a normal life.
Going forward takes momentum. David propelled that stone at David using God’s momentum. Momentum is movement. Momentum is force. Momentum is wisdom. Momentum is moving forward in life and not looking back like Lot’s wife. David knew God was with him. David did hesitate to do what he needed to do because God was fighting his battle for him. We need to do that as well in our everyday lives. Have the momentum to be a better Christian and walk with God continuously. Ephesians 6:10 says: “Finally, be strong in the Lord and in the strength of his might”. His strength in your life will get you momentum. Use him.

I had this problem for years. I have ptsd because of my husband, but because I was so angry and had unforgiven him, he left. Please pray for him to return to me and my babies.
