There is an aspect of the past that can be controlled and that is how we see it. We can reframe how we see our past and this greatly empowers us to move beyond it and create a much more positive future.
I learnt most of these principles about seven years ago. A lot of people have been trapped strongly in the matrix-- Go to school, get a job, and then slave your whole life. Many miss out on life-changing information that could have great effect on their finances. I played with the stock market sometime in 2020, and I was surprised at how well it turned out. I want to put in $80k more into the market. I heard people are making really great returns despite the downturn. Any recommendations?>

I need to hear this, because I’m going through a situation where I said something to lose a friend. I’ve had “friends” in the past who dumped me, because they don’t love me unconditionally. Particularly, my worst moments & moods of my life. I do have lots of friends who still love me no matter what I do and say. However, I have 2 best friends who are still love me unconditionally. I’m just doing my best to do great things in life, and spread love and positivity everywhere I go. Most importantly, it means a lot to me to be forgiving for those who treated me badly, plus those “friends” who turn their back on me.

There is so much usable information in this video, but the one thing that truly spoke to me was how we view suffering and how we do everything we can to avoid suffering, even though by overcoming this suffering, we grow wiser and stronger. This is basically how David Goggins views life. He knows that iron grows stronger when it is placed in the fire.

I’m pretty sick of people pretending to be good people and they’re just not. And they cause so much harm that I have to rebuild trust again. It’s exhausting dealing with powerful people who have no concern for the harm that they cause. We’re all just pawns to many of the billionaires. I learned levels of cruelty that exist right out in the open and no one does anything.
