This video shows one of the traditional blacksmithing techniques to create an all-copper spoon for coffee, spices, salt, and other bulk products. This spoon is simple, light, and can serve as a gift for loved ones. Made by hand and with love.
How do you know what size diameter to start with? Looking to make some measuring spoons for the house but having a hard time finding what diameter correlates to each size measuring spoon. Also, awesome work!
Cool. Useful
Nice work and good atmosphere in your workshop. The way you do crafts is great. 👍

What guage/thickness have you used for the handle? It oooks great
Это первый раз за более чем 20 лет работы кузнецом я вижу настолько убитую наковальню.... пиздец ты экономный
may i ask you what type of solder did u use? i ve tried copper solder but gray color seam appeared not like your spoon which is totally in copper color even after soldering...
Solder is visible at the place of soldering, it is a darker spot, the color is gray graphite. You may need to change the solder. I have copper-phosphorus solder. Lost a label somewhere while moving.
A very elegent little spoon. I love the facets left in place from the hammering.
Thank you. Edges give a lively style to this little spoon.
Where is the rest of the anvil 😂
Do you make these to order please. I'd be interested in at least one of a particular size, with possibility for more of identical size if you wanted.

Hello. Yes, I do. to order different spoons, copper, bronze, stainless steel. Take a look at my store.
That poor anvil. Somebody stupidly abused the hell out of it. Spoons look awesome though
The anvil has seen life, but works with experience. Thank you
👍 Very good.. Very entertaining.
Thanks👍
very cool work, I really like the spoon and your video is enjoyable to watch...It looks like you don't do hotwork on the anvil , that table has seen some action ..very cool to see you using it anyway
Thank you. I work on it almost every day. Hot forging is present on it. I make octopus handles, forged blanks, belt buckles, stainless steel products (kitchen spatulas, tongs, hooks, spoons, forks) practically everything. On this anvil it is good to straighten products. Even important details in the plane are straightened through this anvil.
