Tax on rental vehicles will help fund proposed passenger rail line

Customers who sign a lease agreement to rent a car or moving van would have to pay an additional 3 dollars per day for a new impact fee if Senate Bill 184 becomes law. Part of a program to help pay for the Front Range Passenger Rail line.
