They were 7-8 with cam as the starter last season with an awful roster. They upgraded at virtually every important position. At the very least you have to see if cam can get it done because even a few of the losses last year came down to the wire. 2 plays go differently and they were 9-6 with cam starting last year so I think there should be no doubt that cam starts the season at the very very least

NFL playbooks are very detailed and complex. But as far right now I think Cam gives the Pats a better chance of winning a Superbowl. If u start Mac he probably will do good at first until there is film on him and his weakness defenses will figure him out because he's going have a limited understanding of the playbook

Cam needs to play well the first 5 games to keep his job given the weapons they went and signed. Vastly improved on what Brady had his final year and cam had last year. Brady made poor WR look good, Cam made them look like exactly what they were. Made Bill realise he needed to improve the weapons they had.

I'm going to say BS on Brady going to the Bucs and all of sudden their a playoff team. The Bucs were already a good team. They just needed better qb play and less turnovers. If Winston the year before throws just 15 int instead of 30+, the Bucs are a 11-5/12-4 team. Brady picked the perfect team to go play for, much like Peyton Manning did when he went to the Broncos.
